Benicia's Bodacious Bawdy First Day in High School
It was eighteen-year-old Benicia's first day as a transfer student in high school. She fumed as she rinsed out her breakfast dishes and put them in the dishwasher.
"Don't dawdle, Benicia," said her mother. "You don't want to be late on your first day at school."
"I don't?" said Benicia.
"Don't give me any of your lip, young lady," said her mother. "I wouldn't have had to pull you out of your old school and send you to this new one if you hadn't been such a troublesome student. Now you have a chance to start with a clean slate. Don't blow your senior year."
Benicia put on her jacket and grabbed her backpack as she headed out the door.
"Be good," said her mother.
"Yeah, yeah. You, too," muttered Benicia.
When she reached the corner of the block a big yellow school bus pulled up and the door opened. Benicia boarded the bus. Her eyes widened when she saw the driver.
He's cute, thought Benicia as a multitude of impure thoughts invaded her mind. The day was off to a good start as far as she was concerned.
"Are you going to be the regular bus driver?" she asked hoping he would say yes.
"As long as I keep eating my prunes," he said.
"Har-dee-har-har," said Benicia. She forgave him for his corny sense of humor because he was just so darn easy on the eyes. I could so totally do him right here, she thought. There were so many naughty things she wanted to do with the driver. The next thing she knew they had arrived at the high school.
Crap, she thought. So soon? She wanted to kick herself for not having flirted with the driver during the ride. Well, maybe she could do that on the ride back home.
"You're going to be driving this bus back this afternoon, right?" she asked.
"Yes, indeed," he said smiling.
"Good. See you after school."
It wasn't until she walked toward the school building when she realized she had been the only student on that bus. That's weird. Didn't he have any other students to drive to school?
It was even weirder when she entered the school. It was empty of students other than herself.
"Where is everybody?" she muttered. She pulled a sheet of paper from her pocket. It was her school schedule she received in the mail the week before her first day.
She needed to find room 101. That was her homeroom which would begin at 8:30 a.m.
