Gossamer illusions
Around in her head…
Never wanting to stop
Fragile heart
Lives in dusty cobwebs
Impatiently waiting
For that Dark Knight
To sweep her up
Into a faerytale of eternal love

Last forever
So she bleeds her secrets
To the silent moon
Tries to follow clouds…
Shimmering with silver stardust;
Promising enchantments
Cries out to the turquoise sea,
Who whispers

The ruby dragon
Down that towering mountain
It’s a race that’s never won
It only makes her come undone
Then again, one has no choice
It’s an endless journey to take
Long roads lead to nowhere
And does anyone really care
Gray rain
Through laughing sunshine
Becomes a rainbow

Roses pushing
Through glistening white snow
Red petals scattered all around
Like blood stained tears
Mirroring her own

The Witching Hour draws
