Cradle Hold Hope
Winters blow and summers fly
While devouring waters eat the tide
Just like the sea, our worries eat us
Withering our honor, deceasing our trust
The world is what we think is the source of trouble
Lackluster cheer is the material of this rubble
The like of us are clones, following the wind's gust
Minds of those are identical to ours, so away humanity rusts
But when God falls in front of your knees as you kneel so humbly
He says, "Your suffers to be accepted, shan't leave yourself crumbling."
Away you take his advice and throw it in that new blistering light
Wondering perhaps the dormant souls will find it and cradle it tight
