A short oneshot about Mark and Isaac's first meeting :D

This is a side-story to my Lift's series (Lifts, Temping and Memories) so if you haven't read those, I advise that you do before reading this. Those stories aren't particularly long, just three oneshots.

Thanks to all my reviewers and those who rated my other stories. This is definitely for you ;)

(Thanks to Morgeth for the spelling correction :P )

Warnings: Anal.

“Mm, Mark,” James moaned, bringing himself up and down on the cock currently impaling him. Mark groaned himself, hands on James' hips, helping the man move on his tiring legs.

Mark's length grazed James' prostate and he cried out, bucking against the man, cock pressing against his flat stomach. Mark smirked slightly, although the look was wiped away when James narrowed his eyes and clenched his inner muscles around the man. Mark squeezed his eyes shut tightly, hands clenching on James' hips.

“God! James?” Mark questioned huskily, wrapping a hand around James' back and slamming him down on his cock, causing James' head to fly back, arching his neck, which Mark took advantage of.

“What?” James snapped, sighing as Mark began licking up his neck, teeth sinking in halfway up and pulling the flesh. James thrust down harder.

“Can I stay around at your place tomorrow?” Mark asked, hands sliding down James' back to fondle his arse, squeezing the round cheeks. James' arms wound around his shoulders and squeezed.

“Yeah, whatever,” James gasped out, before his eyes rolled back into his head. “Nn, God! I'm gonna...”

Mark grinned at James when the man turned to glare at him. They were standing outside the door to James' flat, and had been for the past five minutes.

“Exactly why do we have to do this? Let's just go back to yours,” James pleaded, turning to wrap Mark's tie around his hand and bring the man forward for a persuasive kiss. Mark laughed against his lips.

“But if I stay the night here, it shows that you're actually willing to admit our relationship, as opposed to me doing all the work,” Mark told him, kissing his nose and then extracting James' hand from his tie. James sighed, feeling guilt swarm him.

Mark was right. They'd been officially in a relationship for three months, and James had yet to make much of a contribution towards it. He was just too wary of Mark, but also knew that that was a horrible excuse. Mark had done everything to win his trust, and James did trust him.

But he didn't really trust Isaac.

“Fine, let's go,” James huffed, grabbing Mark's hand and marching up to the flat door. He unlocked it and pulled Mark in, closing the door behind him, which locked with a click.

“James, is that you?” a woman's voice called from the kitchen, and then James' mother walked into the hallway, a towel in her hands. She smiled at her son, and then turned her eyes to Mark, a wicked glint in them.

“I see you're finally bringing this fine young man home. Nice to meet you again, Mark,” she said, moving to shake Mark's hand. Mark grinned back at her, lifting her hand to his lips and kissing it softly.

“A pleasure, Mrs Bradworth,” he said. James' mother giggled and flushed, hitting Mark's arm lightly. James made an annoyed noise, and both Mark and his mother smiled at him patronizingly.

“It's been far too long,” Mrs Bradworth said, moving to get her coat. “But I must be off, James' father will be needing someone to make his dinner while he watches that bloody football match.”

Mark laughed and James rolled his eyes at the mention of his rather lazy father.

“See you mum,” James said, holding the door for her. She patted his cheek before walking out, pulling on her coat, knowing that James was only too eager to get rid of her.

James closed the door behind her, sighing in relief. One down, one to go. He wasn't sure who was worse; his mum, or his son.

Mark wrapped an arm around James' waist, kissing the man lightly on the lips, smiling at the rather adorable way James got embarrassed about letting his family meet Mark, and also relieved that James seemed more embarrassed by his family than by Mark.

“Come on, then,” James said, lacing his fingers with Mark and leading them to an open door, the entrance to the living room. Mark looked around as the two walked inside. There was a dull green sofa, an average TV, a stereo sitting on a small table and a desk with a rather run-down computer sitting on it, along with a few photos hanging on the walls. Cosy, if a bit sparse.

On the sofa sat James' son, Isaac, playing on a Playstation 2. He was moving backwards and forwards with the movement of the cars on screen, making frustrated noises one moment, and jubilant ones the next.

James smiled softly and moved over to Isaac, threading a hand through the boy's hair. Isaac startled and paused the game, before grinning up at his dad, who bent down to press a kiss to the boy's forehead.

James then gestured Mark over, who moved cautiously, afraid to disturb this rather touching moment. Isaac stared at Mark impassively as the man moved to stand beside James and wrap an around his waist, in case James got any ideas about pretending Mark was 'just a friend'.

“Isaac, this is Mark, my, err, boyfriend? Mark, this is Isaac. Sorry, I haven't introduced you two formally before,” James said to the both of them, who'd only seen each other in passing, when Mark had picked James up.

“James has told me a lot about you,” Mark offered, grinning down at the boy who looked a lot like a younger James, minus the gullible look that was always present in James' eyes.

Isaac looked Mark up and down, disinterested, before shrugging and turning to the Playstation. Mark stared at the boy, absolutely shocked.

He had never been dismissed before!

James, seeing Mark's expression, grinned and moved to sit beside Isaac, Mark sitting beside James at the end of the sofa.

“Isaac, where are your manners? At least say hello,” James scolded Isaac, who rolled his eyes exaggeratedly before turning his head towards Mark, not taking his eyes off the screen.

“Hi,” he greeted, and then fell into silence once more, continuing with his car racing. Mark scowled to himself, crossing his arms over his chest sulkily. James looked between the two, unsure what to do. He hadn't expected Isaac to be this rude, although Mark's indignant reaction was no surprise.

“Isaac, turn off your Playstation,” James finally ordered, his tone leaving no room for argument. Isaac groaned and moved to turn it off, leaving the screen to turn blue, before James grabbed the remote and turned it off. He then bit his lip, unsure where to go from there.

They all lapsed into stony silence.

“Look, while I make dinner, how about you two get to know each other?” James suggested, moving to escape the room and the oppressive atmosphere, not even feeling a twinge of guilt at the pleading look Mark sent him, and the annoyed look from Isaac. He hoped the two would find some common ground.

However, when he returned fifteen minutes later, the room was as deadly silent as when he left, only this time, Isaac was glaring moodily at Mark, and Mark was scowling at the wall. James groaned to himself.

“Dinner's ready,” he said, and the two stood stiffly to move into the kitchen, scowling at each other when they both got stuck in the door.

James realised then that he was dealing with two stubborn children.

Haha, originally, their meeting each other was meant to go better. But, I decided to go for this route instead. I think I was inspired by Dee and Bikky's relationship in the manga FAKE.

James is such a flake, I luff him ;;hugs James;;.
