A Silver Moon of Glass
A silver moon of glass
Cradles the ebony sky
As the wind sins in soft gold
tones
Colorless and rich
A boy listens intently and
joins in
His soul belongs to the moon
Among the glittering stars
A single feather floats
upward
Across forest green plains
And down onto crystal calm
waters
He is still singing
His throat will never rupture
His heart will never stop
His soul is eternal
His tears flow softer and
become the snow
Floating gently to the ground
His sorrow, his pain, hope
for all, it is all forever
He never rests
He is the Spirit of Snow
