The Dark Dancer
Initial Author's Notes: Well folks, we've had some problems. Apologese to those who are following "Through Crystal Eyes" But my word program has locked me out. >.< And I can't open it with any other program. Double >.< So It looks like I can't update till I get the chapter I was in the middle of all nice and workable. I can't even copy and paste. So I emailed it to my other, crappyful, old XP 02. Yeah. So I downloaded something to make it so I could at least read it. Then it's like "Oh, would you like to download this so you can work with it" And I was like "Rawr nooo" So I clicked no. And then it didn't work. So now I have to download the "this". And my internet spead is 50.2 Kbs at best. Yeah. So unless I go to my Grandmother's, who's apartment building has wireless, I doth be screwed. So I took that story down until I can work on it. I now present you with this story, which has been bumping around in my brain for awhile. The charecters have been around since 7th grade (yeah... I was a yaoi fan that young... these charecters are like old friends) so if any of you even remotly recognize them from FAC, you get a cookie. (No one will though, cause that was aaages ago)

Either Dusk was imagining things, or Bright was sending him out of the country.
"Dusk...?" his younger brother asked, leaning forward. "Did you hear me?"
Damn, He wasn't imagining things then.
"I did. It's just... why are you sending me to Jyanba?" Dusk asked slowly. Bright smiled apologetically.
"Two weeks ago Aaron informed me that the stars predict that you must meet a dark dancer there." Bright said, laying a star chart down in front of Dusk before placing another piece of paper before him. "Shortly after, we were contacted that Wynn Isabella Urlle died. She left Aaron in charge of carrying out her Will, and of course, he will."
"What does this have to do with me going to Jyanba! Jyanba, the city everyone knows I destest because of it... racism! And that's putting it politily." Dusk hissed. His brother smiled sadly at him, his blue eyes glittering in understanding.
"Yes I know, but her WIll left everything to her Grandson, who her daughter had sent away to protect him from an abusive father. Both have since died and the boy is now an orphan. The Will said he wished to remain at the school he attended instead of coming home, so Isabella agreed to let him graduate. He has attended this school in Jyanba for seven years. Unfortunently, his graduation is in one week."
"And I'm the only one who can get to Jyanba in one week who you trust." Dusk finished.
"Yes. Now, Obviously you'll have to ride back-"
"So I get to spend one week travelling and two weeks with this kid!?"
"And we've sent messages ahead of you to Jyanba so you will take the Royal Carriage." Bright continued like Dusk hadn't even spoken.
"So I get to pick up a spoil rich kid from finishing school. And my reward is I get to ride in the Royal Carriage. With him. For two weeks." Dusk said as he leaned back with crossed arms.
"Well..." Bright had the decency to look bashful. "Yes. But it isn't any ordinary finishing school. It's the most prestigious school for dancers in the Upper Region."
"So I get to ride with a spoiled rich kid from finishing school who has an ego the size of this kingdom for two weeks.:
"But in the Royal Carrige." Aaron broke in has he strode into the meeting. "Weren't you listening.
"Oh, his Royal Pain in the Ass is here." Dusk grumbled. Aaron grinned and pulled Bright into his lap.
"Well, no actually. I'm the Royal Pain in Bright's a-"
"Stop fighting!" Bright yelled, glancing between his brother and his lover.
"Good one, though." Dusk stage whispered to Aaron with a smirk, which the red head returned.
"So. Will you go?" Bright asked as though he wasn't sitting in anyone's lap and that said anyone wasn't playing with his blonde hair. Actually, Dusk was glad that Aaron and Bright were together, and he didn't mind them showing it. Lord knew he didn't hide any of his flings. More than once a meeting with him ended up with Dusk making out with whoever's pants he was in that week and Bright sitting awkwardly across the table waiting for Aaron to spray water on them.
"If, and I mean only if, there's that giant hot pool I wanted in my room when I return."
"Done." Bright agreed happily before jumping off Aaron's lap.
"Why are you so happy?" Bright grinned impishly at him.
"I bet Kari 50 lunars that you'd give in." he said before running away from his older brother.
"What! You bet on your own flesh and blood!?" Dusk yelled after him in mock outrage and chased after him before tackling him and tickling him. Oh, and Bright was very ticklish. Dusk grinned as Bright squirmed under the tickle torture. Oh yeah. Payback was a bitch.

A/N: Um, yeah short. But the next part is really a second chapter thing, so... Instead of an oddly devided first chapter, you get a short first chapter and a *hopefully* longer second chapter. So... yeah. Snowday today, and I am getting meh writing juices flowing! (with brownies and webcomics, but the end justifies the means I swear!)
