Time Sheet
Time sheet
It’s so dark here.
Nothing warm in the air,
But over there
They seem to share.
The burden of life,
Like a pair
Man and Wife.
To brief
To be with grief,
But through relief.
They can beat.
The disbelief
Of not being able to defeat,
The time sheet.
That they can cheat
At a price.
They can’t mistreat
Their optical device.
By being enticed
They will sacrifice,
In a moment of caprice
But in a sense
You better think twice.
Don’t be dense.
Keep a line of defense
For the pretense
of you being lured.
There is no fence
So you must endure
The jester of a cure.
That will forever ensure
Your beautiful allure.
So in the end.
If your not for sure.
Don’t lend
Your soul to a friend.
Who you thought would mend
Your time sheet
Is nothing but a fiend.
So when you meet
You better retreat,
So that you may become one of the elite.
