My Sweet Devil
How can you see into my soul and be so blind
Can you see what I am to you?
Your slave your loyal servant
Marked forever to all the world
A thousand tears I cried for you not a one you saw
I broke for you died for you my life for you
But you will not see will not accept
You run you hide you disappear
But why I have only given love
I’d bear your sin your burdens and child
But you don't want me you don't want to understand
You found all you ever needed and ran away
I came back again and again
But you never saw me standing there in the shadow
Your invisible support your whipping post
I will do anything you ask
You are my god my love my all
The only thing I ever ask is a simple love
But I shall never have it
Ever time I come so close
You slam the door in my face
But I love you still forever
No matter what I’ll always love you until I die
I offer you my love my life my body my soul
You reject me at every turn even
The only thing we had that was ever only ours
You took and ripped apart
I would have been yours again
But you found another to hide behind again
I found a love that is healthy
Even though you still haunt my ever thought
I still feel you like a burn along my skin
You’re a drug I can never have enough no never enough
But you’ve locked the door without a though
You can't see my devotion to you
You’re killing me but you don't see
I want to die its my only choice
I will die I’ll be an empty shell without your passion
But you won't see so many miles away
