Ahn's Dream
“Shit this is boring”
Ahn was just sitting there in art, while her stupid professor just talked and talked about why Picasso did the things he did. She took her mirror from her purse and examined her reflection. She was a twenty-year-old rabbit, sitting in her college art history, with a very bored expression on her face. Her ears were long and one was always cocked down in the middle while the other one stayed straight up. Her hair was dark brown and straight, with an A-frame in the front. She had a little button nose and big curious eyes, and her whole body was a milky white color with velvet like fur. The rest of her face had human like qualities. That was one thing she never understood. Why after all these years did we still talk about humans, they were obviously extinct. All that was left were the animals.
She looked at her paw like hands. The heal of her hand was kind of bulky and her fingers were short and stubby, but they had a sleek feminine look to them. On her ring finger she wore a silver ring, with a pink oval sapphire in the middle, with two little diamonds on each side. Her boyfriend Keith gave this to her after a year and a half. It was so weird, at least everyone else thought so. Keith was a lion. Very hansom with a medium length mane. He was the typical color for a lion, that wonderful golden orange color. His nose was a little big, but his eyes, Ahn shivered, those eyes could melt her body.
The bell rang and it was finally time to go home. The stood up and straightened her pink dress, which came to her middle thigh. She walked to a bench and sad down. She was waiting for Keith. They always went to dinner after school. Life was pretty perfect.

The sky was a dark blue green, and the forest had dark purple trees all around it. There were eyes peeking from every dark spot. Ahn tried to run but she looked down the ground was only a few inches from her face. She tried to scream but all that came out was a little squeak. Ahn had devolved into a meek bunny rabbit. Then she heard something that made her heart jump to her throat. A loud lions roar. She turned just in time to see Keith running at her to save her. But it wasn’t Keith, or at least the Keith she knew. This was a full blooded, and very hungry, lion. Ahn was off like lightning, running as fast as she could through bushes and behind every rock that she could find. She stopped in her tracks. Before her was a giant chasm. Pitch black and it looked like it went on forever. She turned around just in time to see Keith, or who she thought was Keith, pounce.
“AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Ahn sat straight up and she couldn’t believe it, those yellow eyes were there, watching her, ready to pounce! “AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH”
“Ahn! Baby! Are you okay? Hey, it’s me. Its Keith” He grabbed her shoulders with his strong hands and shook gently. She opened her eyes and started to cry.
“Why!? Why do I have to keep having these dreams? It was horrible, Keith, you-“
”Ssshhhh. Its okay. It was just a dream.” He held her until she fell asleep, soon after he drifted off himself.
