With the tide, we wash away our sin

The final war between the pirates had begun. Brothers of the sea were battling one another for dominance over the sea. Even the British Naval had joined in, willing to die to earn control of the majestic blue for the future generations to come. It was a horrid sight indeed; for the once blue waters had begun to run red with the blood of the fallen.

However, amongst the raging war, two particular men could not be found. The Pirate King himself, and the Rogue Captain Orpheus. Oh yes, they were battling, just like the others, but their battle was one fought for personal reasons and grudges. . .

~

"Fight like a true warrior, you trecherous coward!" a voice boomed over the lush, green trees, that inhabited the deserted island. The Pirate King's eyes blazed with a fury that rivalled all others. He stood admist a small, dirt clearing, his eyes darting left and right. His nerves were on full alert, his ears picking up the slightest hint of movement. The snake was out there; slithering around, waiting to strike, as if it could win this battle. However, this Lion, the man it was trying to stalk, would become victorious. The bloody reptile stood no chance...

Silent footsteps approached the alert man rapidly, almost taking him by surprise. Sword raised, the Rogue Pirate swung at him mercilessly, only to have metal meet metal. Smirking evilly, one eye glinting under the heavy sun maliciously. "Ah, so the old sea dog can still defend himself," he stated coldly, pushing all his weight against the sword, as both men fought for the upper hand.

"I could say the same for you, you snake," he hissed, using his brute strength to shove the silver haired man back. Leaping at the Rogue Captain, Lionel slammed his entire body into the other, smirking as the man flew back into one of the palm trees that surrounded the clearing. Charging the man quickly, he thrust the blade in his hands mercilessly at his opponent. He snarled as the blade only knicked the side of the tree, his prey bounding off into the greenery.

Running as fast as his legs could carry him, Orpheus found himself dodging the Pirate King's unrelentless attacks. His breathing was slowly becoming ragged from the exertion. They had been fighting for what seemed like hours now, no one besting the other. It was quite aggrivating for the silver haired man. After all, by now, after most of his fights, he'd be sleeping peacefully, having being victorious. Though, he was up against the King of Pirates, so he shouldn't have expected any less.

Lionel soon found himself chasing the Rogue Captain along the white beach of the island. He grunted as the sand shifted restlessly under every step he took. It was going to be difficult to fight properly, but the brunette was definately not one to pass up a challenge. Releasing a loud war cry, he finally managed to tackle down Orpheus, his eyes gleaming victoriously. However, as he stared down at the man, picking himself up wearily from the sand, his mind flashed back to that day... The last day they had been together. It was like it was happening all over again.

Orpheus grunted loudly as he felt a heeled boot slowly grind against his upper back. Face contorted in pain, he shakily reached for his fallen sword. However, he was cut short as a blade pierced through the middle of his hand. Screaming in utter agony, he stared at his useless hand, the blood slowly pouring from the wound and onto the white sand below. He cried out once more as the sword was withdrawn, and shoved into the ground right beside his head. The boot lifted from his back, and Orpheus flipped over, cradling his hand. "You won, old man. If you're going to kill me, do it now," he hissed, his visible eye glaring menacingly up at the Pirate King.

The brunette just stared at the man below him, his legs spread so that his boots rested at both sides of the fallen man's sides. He had won. Slowly, a smirk began to spread across his features. He had won, had he? It was time for him to claim his prize, then. Swiftly, he fell to his knees, straddling the wicked man's chest. "Just like old times..." he murmured, leaning so his face was close to the now, clearly, angry man's. "I suppose I shall claim my prize then?" he chuckled out, grabbing the silver haired pirate's wounded hand. Bringing it to his mouth, he swiped his tongue lewdly along the still bleeding wound, his eyes never leaving the man's grey orbs.

Breathe hitching, he felt his arm spasm from the tongue. "You bastard... Are you trying to infect my wound?!" he hissed, only to groan low as the man's mouth latched onto the palm of his hand, suckling at the cut almost wantonly. "S-Stop that you fool... T-Those days are gone... Just... just..." he trailed off as the Pirate King's mouth slowly moved down, trailing open mouthed kisses until he latched onto his wrist, sucking harshly. Only Lionel new the exact things to shut the Rogue man's mouth, and make his body betray his mind...

Lionel chuckled deep in his throat as he felt the silver haired man's body loosen up beneathe him, his mouth pulling away from the delectable wrist. Smirking victoriously, he swooped down, claiming the man's mouth hungerily. It had been far too long since he had lain with someone, especially someone like Orpheus. Running a hand slowly down the man's neck, he began to loosen the buttons that locked the man's high collared coat together. Nimbly, his fingers unbuttoned the long coat with moments, before practically tearing it from Orpheus' body.

A heated groan escaped his throat as he allowed himself to be undressed, his body lying limply on the soft sand. Soon, he found himself fully nude beneathe the well-toned man, his eyes never leaving Lionel's as the Pirate King quickly rid himself of his own clothing. This was definately like Deja Vu for the Rogue Captain. He couldn't remember the last time they had been so intimate, and he was secretly elated that the man still craved for him. When he finally felt that familiar feeling of skin-on-skin, the Rogue Captain groaned quite happily, his eyes dancing with long hidden away lust.

"Oh Orpheus; You've gotten chubbier on me," he laughed hartily, his eyes dancing with amusement at the harsh glare from his old lover. Glancing the man's tanned body over, he licked his lips hungerily. "It's been so very,very... Very long..." he murmured, before practically attacking the silver haired man's throat. Sucking, nibbling, and kissing at the flesh, as though he were half starved for his old lover, he began to trail lower. The lower his mouth moved, the more Orpheus began to quiver with need.

The Rogue Pirate's body arched violently off the white sand as he felt an oh-so familiar heat surrounding him. Gasping, his eye lids drooping, he looked down at the Pirate King. It always amazed him how the man could just take it all in one go. It always took Orpheus several tries to swallow only half of the other. Releasing a loud groan, the silver haired pirate's head fell limply into the almost soft sand, his eyes fluttering in utter bliss as the mouth swallowing him began to slowly move up and down his straining flesh.

Lionel couldn't contain the low chuckle that escaped him, which only sounded like a hum. He smirked almost maliciously at the almost girl-ish moan that escaped his old lover. Humming once more, he continued his assault for several long, drawn out moments, until the once proud man was nothing but a mess of wanton lust and need. Pulling away slowly, a small trail of saliva trailing from his bottom lip. Licking away the traces of precum from his lips, he gave the head of his lover's erection a small kiss.

Orpheus shuddered violently as he felt the well-toned, but aged, body of Lionel slide seductively along his. It irritated him that, no matter how much he despised the King, that he could still make him want to do such horribly erotic things. Staring up at his old lover, Orpheus winced as the man brought the silver haired man's arms up, to embrace his upper torso. He bit his lip as the still searing pain from his impaled hand shot up his arm, causing the muscles to spazz in agony. But oh gods, the pain was worth it as he felt the larger man slowly grind against him.

Lionel smirked deviously at the man below him as his hips gyrated, creating an oh-so delicious friction between them. He would make Orpheus suffer, despite how much he wanted things to be the same way they were. He closed his eyes in utter delight as he felt the Rogue Captain grind in return. He couldn't take it much longer. He could already feel his climax approaching swiftly. That wouldn't do. Pulling away almost immediately, he sat back, dragging the silver haired man along with him. Smirking at the devilish man in his lap, he shifted his hips ever so slightly.

A shrill cry of agony rang through the air as the Pirate King impaled him. No warning, no preperation. Gasping in pain, Orpheus almost cringed as he felt tears flow down his cheek. "A-Ahh..." he hissed out, and cried out even more as he felt his old lover begin to thrust into him; over and over again. With each thrust, a sharp cry was drawn from the Rogue man. There was nothing loving or tender about this, not like in many of their long since passed couplings. It was just raw, carnal, desire, and damn Orpheus, despite the pain, he could feel stabs of blinding pleasure as his lover continued to hit his prostate.

"Do you like that, you disgusting snake?" he hissed out, his breathing ragged as he slammed into the continually groaning man. "I'll never forgive you for what you did to my beloved... NEVER!" he grunted out, his eyes steely as he continued to impale the vile man over and over again. Orpheus had betrayed the Pirate code, and once more, broke the Pirate King's heart. It was a sin that would never, ever, be forgiven. "Ughh..." he groaned out, despite himself, the tight heat surrounding him becoming almost unbarable. He was approaching his climax swiftly, and from the continuous clenching of his old lover's channel, he was quickly approaching his peak as well.

"The little bitch had it cooooming~" he whined out, wincing as he felt the thrusts becoming too smooth to be natural. Hissing in pain, he felt his toes curl harshly, digging into the soft, white sand. Off in the distance, he could hear the faint boom of cannon fire. He had almost forgotten about the war... And he was about to forget it once more as he felt the blinding heat curling in his stomache. "Aaahhh..." he moaned out in a high voice, gasping almost rapidly. He couldn't even bring any proper words as he felt the others hot seed spill into him, triggering his release. Opening his mouth to scream, he was cut off by a choking sensation. Eyes wide, he stared ahead for a moment, before coughing off far too much blood, the hot liquid spilling onto the emotionless Pirate King.

Lionel watched as Orpheus stared at him, his eyes slowly growing dull. The Pirate King's heart wrenched as he watched fresh tears spill from the man's eyes. However even as the silver haired man fell over lifeless, his infamous smirk stayed on his paling features. Slowly standing, the brunette stared down at the man, his gold encrusted dagger standing proudly in Orpheus' chest. "You broke my heart by taking my love; So, I broke yours as well. Literally," he whispered, his eyes stinging with tears that the Rogue Captain did not deserve. He turned away from the bleeding man, walking over to his clothes. Inhaling deeply, he slowly pulled on his clothes, the sounds of the war gradually growing louder.

Finally, dressed as a Pirate King should be, he turned to the dead man before him. The once white sand ran crimson red with the tainted blood that had once given the silver haired man life. Walking over to him almost shakily, he ripped the blade from the man's body, wincing as more blood poured from the wound. Taking in a trembling breath, he scooped up his past lover gingerly. Turning towards the sea, he began to walk towards it, the dead weight of the man making his muscles quiver.

Lionel couldn't even feel just how cold the water truly was. He felt so numb. Despite how horrible Orpheus was in life, Lionel still had loved him at one point... And, even if the Pirate King would never admit it, he had loved him to this very day. Swallowing thickly, waist deep in the water, he stared down at the still open, lifeless eyes. "Orpheus... I send you off to the sea, not the Locker of Davy Jones, but the sea herself. You have always loved the sea," he whispered, a tear finally spilling after what seemed like an eternity, "Now, you shall be where you've always called home, at peace in the cool but loving embrace of the majestic blue. Good night, my Rogue Captain..."

Placing the body gingerly into the water, he watched in awe, as the sea seemed to actually open it's arms to the fallen Pirate. It was as if what Lionel had said was true, for why didn't the body just sink, as every other should. Closing his eyes, he turned away. He would not question the sea. No Pirate questioned the sea. It did as it chose, and took who it chose. Choking back a small sob, he slowly walked back onto the beach, his body quivering even more. Turning back to the water, he felt himself feel even more empty than before. It was like he expected that foul tempered man to just magically come back to life. However, even that was too foolish.

"And with the sea... We wash away our sins..." he murmured, before making his way slowly down the white sandy beach. There was still a war to be won.
