Poems to ease the pain
My Cry
I sigh in the wind as i cry from the pain and the hurt
And i scream as it finally engulfs me
And the tears they are flung free from my face by the wind
Or so it seems for the rain pounds down upon my back
Soaking my hair so that it covers my face like a veil
A veil of darkness a veil as black as night
I look out through it upon the world
But i see nothing for what i see is etched upon my heart
On my heart and so i cry
But with the wind and the rain you cant here me
And so i stand
All alone
In the night
Love heals all
Love heals all things
Or so they say
For it doesn’t seem to
For i know
That love can hurt as much as heal
And only love can break some ones heart
Other things can break their mind there soul
But only love can break a persons heart
Pain fades
They say that pain fades
They say that it disappears with time
But it hasn’t
And doesn’t seem to
For I’ve waited so long in line
In line for happiness
In line for the end of pain
But its never my turn
The pain never fades
The hurt just goes on
Truth and lies
Sometimes a lie is better then the truth
But there are some for whom a lie any lie hurts
Hurts no matter whether it is a white lie or even only accidental
For it is a betrayal
A betrayal that comes from
Thee
Scream
Cant you hear the cry as I scream
scream my heart out
as I have done so many times before
scream at the top of my lungs
scream so that the world doesn’t trample me
scream so that I'm not left behind in the dust
scream at the world
scream at myself
scream at you
at I
If I die
If I die tomorrow who will cry for me?
If I die tomorrow who will sigh for me?
If I die tomorrow will someone even cry, will someone even sigh?
If I die tomorrow will anyone care?
If I die tomorrow will anyone despair?
If I die, if I am to die
I want to know, who will weep over my grave.
Will someone tear
A thin line
There’s a thin line between pain and pleasure
There’s a thin line between love and hate
And thin line I’ve walked along
Pain and pleasure, love and hate
