Chapter 1

What a beautiful day, the sun was shining brightly in the sky, bright colorful red pink and yellow roses, which were lined up against the red white orange and pink carnations, blue and purple for-get-me-nots, which were all in bloom. The birds were chirping in the trees, bees were gathering nectar from the flowers in the garden two little brown and white dwarf bunnies were running across the garden, a mother cat was stretched out on the ground with her four pure white kittens under the sun, two dogs were going at it like to rabbits in heat by the willow tree and a grey-blue cat was being “loved” by a pug dog…wait a minute…that can’t be right…yep that dog was definitely loving that cat...hmm I never knew that dogs and cats ever……
“Becky!”
My cute tutor yelled in my face…ew I didn’t just think that did I?
“Yes, Gideon?”
“What did I just say?”
Oh crap…he was saying something about levitating or fire…damn it…I will have to start to pay atten…oh oh I think it was definitely something to do with sub particle positrons…where did that come from?…damn short attention span
After looking around the room nervously for at least 5 seconds I answered him…
“My name?”
“No I asked you to show me your telekinetic skills”
After letting out a sigh he motioned for me to stand in front of his desk as he sat in his desk chair. I stood there waiting for my instruction as a smirk graced his 30 something year old face. His straight dark brown hair rested on his brooding shoulders that were covered in a dark blue shirt that was asking to be torn off, it also matched his eyes. They were like two sapphires glowing hypnotically… I gasped in shock when clapped his hands loudly. I wonder if he noticed me staring. He decided to speak
“Ok, why don’t you start with something small, move this pen?”
Looking down at the blue pen he was pointing to I waved my hand slightly and it slid across the table and onto the floor right under the window sill, and with another wave of my hand I brought it back onto Gideon’s desk.
“Ok good, now try to levitate this chair”
I started to concentrate the chair was rising into the air. I wonder if he will ask me to use my pyrokinesis. Suddenly the chair burst into an orange and yellow flame that danced on the timber chair, I lost control and it flew across the room on to a pile of old newspapers which quickly caught on fire.
