He hands her another cup of coffee, “So tell me what brings you here,” he says looking at the brown tips of her blonde hair. One is left to wonder if that is natural or dyed but that is a question for another time. Golden eyes look up at him, his expression might be stone, but she can sense the worry in his voice and by his body movements. “I thought vampires do not stay in one place for too long?” she says sarcastically. He leans forward, his nose almost but not close to hers, “Only when being hunted,” a smile forms across his face, “Are you hunting me now?” She blushes knowing that is a sexual undertone. “Do not play with me Frost,” pushing him away from her, too close for her comfort, “I am looking for Rina.”

He is amazed that Rina's sent is still in the apartment, “Well...she was here..then yesterday I find Seth in the shower,” he pauses wondering how much she knows, “well..to say the least 'they' left in a hurry talking about finding some kind of cure.” Her reaction is puzzling, a flash of hope crosses her eyes then leaves just as fast. “I told you,” her voice low, her eyes darted away from his, “there is no cure..why can't Seth believe that.” His voice is calm and it makes her want to hurt him, “Well, Seth is still uncomfortable with having to share her body with another person, especially one that loves me.” Her eyes flash with rage showing that he should choose his next words carefully, “I do not give a damn what Seth is uncomfortable with Alec.”

Now she used his first name, he nods, that struck a cord with her. “Tanya,” he pauses, this could lead her to attack him and a fight is the last thing he wants. “I...that came out wrong,” she cuts him off, “How was it supposed to come out Alec,” she says clenching her fists, she wants to hit him his cool demeanor bugging the hell out of her. Alec crosses his legs, “I tried explaining the situation to her, even though my research on what happened, she still wants to believe there is a cure,” he pauses as she calms down, his brown eyes giving her goose bumps, “You know the situation better then I do, so when we find her you are going to be the one to explain it, she will listen to you.” Tanya gets up from her chair, as she walks to the fireplace, she contemplates staying the night with him. “You have an extra room do you not?”

Alec raises an eyebrow, standing up from the couch he walks over to her, “Yes..,” he pauses, “But my bed is big enough for two you know,” he says with a grin. Tanya rolls her eyes and turn around to face him, “If you think I am going to sleep with you..” She is cut off as Alec pulls her close to him and kisses her hard on the lips. Tanya pushes him back, “Do not do that again!,” exclaiming as she slaps him across the face. Alec rubs the spot she hit him at, “Heh...,” he grins at her making Tanya blush. Standing at the doorway to the spare bedroom she turns back to him, her hair covering her right eye, “Goodnight Frost.” He snickers, “What happened to Alec?” “UGH!!” She slams the door, even though the first time they slept together was consensual, she did not come over to bed him.

Standing in the shower, Tanya lets the water flow over her, she grumbles on how Rina and Seth stand to be around him, even live with him for that matter. She looks down at her nude frame, she spent years defining her body so she could protect Rina, much to her dismay she still had curves in all the right places which caused any male to give a long look at her. She hated those stares, though only a few men have seen her totally nude, its been about 1000 years before she bedded anyone just for the shake she was afraid to loose her own sense of being. Then came Alec, her sister hooked them up for the night hoping that by sleeping together they would get along better, of course neither one of them wanted to be in the same room but had to play along just to get through the evening. She blushes as she remembers, her hand moving unknown between her legs. Alec had indeed been almost super nice, like he was threatened by Seth, it caught her off guard and by the end of the “date” she had slept with him. She decided then, that Alec would be one of the only males to see or touch her naked, but there is her problem, Alec is married to her sister, so no matter how badly she wanted it, Alec and her would only be “fuck buddies” to put it bluntly, true she loved him for protecting her sister and even herself, but nothing else would come of it.

Tanya groans, “I am going to regret this,” she finds Alec door unlocked and cracked open. Had he expected her. She ponders before going, surely he didn't or just trusted her that much. “Alec?,” she whispers, she drops the tower that was wrapped around her. Alec makes room for her on the bed and motions for her to come over, she walks slowly and pulls the covers off him. “Always sleep in the nude,” she smiles softly as she blushes. She crawls over him, he nose touching his, her hair hiding their faces, “Complete me,” she chokes wanting to cry, “Even if its just temporary.” He bushes a tear from her face, his fingers running across the stripes on her cheek, “Tanya...” He leans up and kisses her gently his hands moving to her back and hip.

Tanya lies her head on his chest, they made love for hours, she can still feel some of his essence inside her for a moment she ponders what would they do if she got pregnant but brushes that thought out. The sun is rising and she yawns breaking the silence between them, “Don't leave us Alec...” she says sleepily. Alec runs his hands through her hair, “I won't, get some sleep, we have a busy evening ahead of us.” He closes his eyes, with Tanya in his arms he feels quite content, even though the trials ahead will test everything they all made.
