Friend's Fire
The walls are closing in on me
There is someone in the doorway
I jump through a window to escape the overwhelmin terror
No one is there to catch me
I heal my broken limbs alone
The walls are closing in on me
There is someone in the doorway
I jump through a window to escape the terror into her arms
Someone is there to catch me
I have no broken limbs to heal alone
When I first met her, with her fiery red hair and bright green eyes
She promised to be waiting under that same window, to catch me when I fall
My fiery friend is dear to me
She is my beloved friend
There is someone in the doorway
