Emptiness that turns to light.
beautiful, bold and brazened.
obtrusive, there but not there.
Nothing and everything.
Young and old.

I feel coldness
I hear nothing
I see darkness all around me
I taste only the stale air
grounding me.
I smell the anger from long,
long ago.
