Tears
I watch as the tears slip down your face
Making crystal streams through the blood
I hear your voice as soft and fleeting as a butterfly
You’re begging for me to stop
To stop the cuts to stop the blood
You’re slowly dying with each line drawn by my blade
With each crimson drop that falls to the floor
With each new rivulet of blood that stains the pure silver
As another tear drops I lean down to kiss it from your blood stained cheek
With my lips covered in your blood and tears I press them to yours
You scream within my mouth the vibrations reaching my heart and sparking through my blood
I walk away into the darkness only to return again
This, the blade of death you see reflecting your naked bound form
I see the fear in your beautiful drowning eyes and the knowledge of death
A single moan escapes your lips as the sterling caresses your heart and destroys your life
You fall limp into my arms as your final tear falls to join and mingle with the blood dripping to the world beyond
And yet another tear to join, my own filled with sorrow long forgotten for the death of my beautiful love lying dead in my arms
