You said you wouldn't go
Said you would stay forever
You left and broke your promise
That night I let my self bleed
I watched the blood flow to the floor
My wrists all cut and bruised
I tried to kill myself
But I just couldn't do it
I still loved you
I wanted to see you
I cut my wrists again
Trying to forget your loss
The light was getting darker
As I go into the darkness
It gets darker and darker
Till its just dark
Nightmares fill my head
The people in my life that had come and gone
Only you hurt me the most when you left
I opened my eyes to see a white room
I look around I can see get well balloons everywhere
I look to the side
I see you sleeping at my side
I put my fingers through your hair
And whisper not to ever leave me again
You wake up
And tell me you'll never leave me
That I was foolish to think you would
And you'd stay by my side forever
Then kiss my forehead you go lower
To my cheeks then to my lips
You've been with me ever since
