Sudden Thoughts

Sudden Thoughts

Why must I feel this way?
Feel as my day is too long
And my life is too short
Why must it be like this?
I wish it would stop
Please make it end
And yet it can not
It will let me suffer
Such torment
These sudden thoughts
In my ice cold heart
Fake smiles
And hollow lies
It’s the only way
For me to finally heal
I must stay in my solitude
Alone in my own mind
If anyone was to get in
I’d surely die
I have no choice
The mask can never fall
So no one will know
My sad pathetic secrets
And my darken times
I’m sorry for any pain
I would cause to your heart
Please understand
It’s not my fault
I wish I could change
But sadly I can not
This is me
No matter what I feel
