take a look at those shattered pieces
spilled all over the place.
i meant to say that i’m sorry precious,
when you dashed away, couldn’t face.
raise your gaze high up to the skies,
a dancing sun appearing oh so derisive.
priggish twitter carried by the breeze,
my failure scattered by picking thiefs.
torn apart, soaking mother earths visage,
i wonder if it’s worth -
drained of life, cursing bygone homage,
to put this being in verse…
