I was given a challenge and this is the result.
Summery: Can Beck survive what the night brings or will he be their next victim?

He showered and readied himself for bed, the night was cool and not unpleasant so he opened the window slightly, stretched like a cat and climbed under the top sheet.
They watched him as deathly smiles crept across their faces, who will be the first to take him? Will they do it all together or savor the moment and let it drag out for several nights? They looked at each other.
“So my brothers who will have the first taste?” Ben asked his 4 very dead brothers.
Juhana looked over to Errki “Well he went first last time so he should go last”
“That doesn't faze me brother for then I get to finish off the deed” He licked his lips in anticipation of what was to come.
“Silver should take the first breath” Niko said and all nodded in agreement.
Ben shifting his weight slightly on his heels said “So be it, just do not wake him up this time”
“I didn't mean to wake the guy up last time, if Juhana didn't bump the dresser that vase would not have fallen and he would not have fought me and then I would not have had to snap his long delicate neck, and we could have finished taking his soul” Silver gave Juhana a look of evil.
Juhana laughed “Alright it was an accident...” but before he could finish his statement Silver jumped him and they fell from the roof top landing on all fours and hissing at each other.
“Explain to me why we do not kill Juhana again?” Errki asked.
Ben huffed “Because the pain is our brother and we do not kill one of our own kind, that is why”
“Well that is a stupid reason if you ask me, but it is our law so we must abide by it” Niko said, jumping down to tear them apart once again.
“Enough you two we are here to take souls not to fight amongst ourselves” Niko snapped “Silver get up there and take her breath”
Silver did as he was ordered “But keep him away from me or I will forget our laws and end his dead soul” He hissed.

Beck slept soundly he did not hear the window slide up slowly or feel the air go instantly cold, nor did he see the smoke that slid under the window frame and take shape at the foot of his bed.
If he had he would have screamed a scream that would wake the whole block up.
But instead he rolled over and hugged his pillow tightly with a smile on his face.
“What are you dreaming about sweet thing? About a lover perhaps? A gentle touch on your bare shoulder and you... yes that is it roll on to your back for me” Silver enjoyed the first take, to smell their sweet breath, to taste their essence their life force.
He gently pulled the sheet back to reveal a very toned and desirable body. “You work out I see”
“Be careful or he might fight you again” Juhana teased him but received an elbow in his side.
“Shut up or I too will forget our laws and do away with you” This time it was Ben the oldest of them that threatened his very soul.

It was three day till he was finally reported missing, he had failed to turn up to work. The police found his naked body but instead of it being decomposing it was well preserved.
“Strangest thing I ever have seen” One said.
“Not me, we found another one last week up by the river” Another said.
“I hear he worked as a security guard at the Reserve Mint, you would think with a worked out body like that he could have protected himself” A third commented.
