Summery: The question is what is truth and what is bullshit, when it comes to vampires.

~~ * ~~

There are many perceptions about vampires, some are true but most are not. So many books have been written about us, thanks to Bram Stoker's - Dracula, and just as many movies done about us.
So the question is, what is the truth and what is a wheelbarrow full of bullshit.

She knew her lover entered the room even before she felt the cool lips on the back of her neck.

“What you reading hon'?” Brianna, her lover and partner in crime of 125 years asks.
“Just reading a new novel, about us” Raivyn replies studying the nice rounded arse as it flopped into the over sized lounge chair.

“Fact or fiction?”
“Fiction, but good fiction”

“Wanna go out tonight? Maybe dinner and dancing?” Brianna moved a stray strand of red hair behind her ear.

Raivyn loved her lover with a passion that could ignite even the coldest of embers, and all Brianna had to do was look at her. Raivyn smiled “Why not, I'm in the mood for some chinese”

Brianna laughed, “Well I'm in the mood for mexican” Her lover's eyes glowed a fiery green, and a smile revealed the pointed eye teeth “There is a new place in the square and I want to try it out” She said.

“You know that mexican food gives me heart burn” Raivyn protested.
Raivyn was the image opposite of her lover, Raivyn's hair was short and white as newly fallen snow, her eyes were ice blue and cold as icebergs that are found in the antarctic.

“Don't lie, you do not” Brianna giggled “Besides I have been told that they have some very nice hot dishes there”

“As they do at the Golden Dragon” Raivyn protested wickedly, here eyes sparkled.

Brianna smiled and cocked her head to the side, “chinese? Or mexican?”

“Italian” Raivyn giggled.

Laughter filled their apartment.

The summer wind blew softly and the smell of food wafted through the air. The sidewalk trees were laced with lights and jingled softly as the breeze touched them.

The two vamps walked the courtyard as if gliding on air.

“So what shall it be? Chinese, mexican or italian?” Raivyn slid her hand down her lovers backside and slightly gripped one of her cheeks.

Brianna grabbed her around the waist and grining wildly, “How about all three”

So that is what they did, first they checked out the italian resturant, there they found a very tall, olive skinned young waiter. They shared his body taking just enough, a small entree.

Next came the main course, for this they went to the Mexican Spice Rack. Here they found what Brianna told Raivyn about, and she was right. The main course was excellent, slick black hair, eyes so brown and a manner so polite. The young waiters blood was warm and spicy flavored. It glided down their throats and warmed their stomachs.

For desert, it was lychee flavored, bright rosy-pink blood, that came from a mature but young minded chef, who won several awards for his wonderfully carved vegetables.

They never killed their food, for if they did like others that they knew had, then the light would fall on them and they would have to, not only fight for their lives but also move and they were fond of this quiet, fast growing town.
So they took a little, just enough to fill them, their food never knew what was happening to them, and never will.

After dinner they went to their favorite dancing spot, the lights splashed the walls and the music filled their ears.
They danced fast and hard, the rythmic beat pounding and pulsing in their vains.

“I need you, I want you, lets go home” Brianna pleaded.

They didn't quite make it there, Raivyn grabbed her lover as they neared the alley way that was just passed the night club.
She pulled her into the dark cool space and pushed her up against the wall, tearing Brianna's g-string off, Raivyn fell to her knees and lifting one leg over her shoulder, lapped at the juices that were flowing.
She played with her lovers clit and moving her fingers in and out of her moist opening brought her to a screaming climax.

The morning light found them sleeping soundly in each others arms, but unlike Bram Stoker's novel, these rays of sunlight did not burn their skin or turn them into dust. They only warmed them just like it did to any normal mortal.
