The Secret

I watch him while standing by his side.
We are best friends and that is a fact I do not hide.
My secret is far greater then that....
Since I met him, I have been in love with him, and thats that
I know he doesnt return the feelings and probably never will
But I cant make this love I feel go away, its here to stay its for real
I stand by and watch those he gives his love to lie and hurt him.
And it makes me scream and cry inside becayse he thinks hes not good enough for them
I let him tell me and open up to the limit he will let out.
But I crave to know him and everything hes about
I will always be here when he needs someone to talk to, that is a fact make no doubt
Because he is one thing I can not do without
And that is my secret
