Light
Author's note: This is my first posting here on AFF so please be kind. I know there is no sex in this, but I thought that people might like this. Please forgive any spelling errors. Oh yea, and please don't flame.

~~~Light~~~~
Darkness, all around me darkness
Alone, I sit alone in the darkness
Why must I be alone?
Why must I sit alone in the darkness?
Light, in the distance someone bear a light
Someone calls out in the darkness
Will they come closer? or
Will thye leave like the others?
Closer they come bearing the light
I can see his face full of - hope?
Does he hope I will stay? or
Does he hope I will go?
Light, all around me light
Together, we sit together in the light
Does he know the light he has brought me? or
Does he think me the bringer of light?
Alone, he has left me alone
What does he fell as he leaves me?
Is he mad? Does he still love me?
I still love him, or should I be mad?
Alone, I sit alone and sad
no longer is it dark around me
Although he left, he brought me light
Thankful, always I will be thankful fo the light
