Photograph

This is all I have of you.
To keep me in my time.
A picture of you.
To ease my sleepless nights.

I trace you, with my fingers so;
trying to feel your flesh
From the locks of hair, down to your shoe covered toes.
And my mind slips for its test.

Slowly I am forgetting, and pain takes me.
The scent of you, the feel of you,
It is leaving me;
I am forgotten about you.

The picture does nothing for me,
in my moment of emptiness.
Only to give me that flase smile
Leaving me with a taste of bitterness.

How I wish to grasp your arm once again and bring you close.
How I wish to hold you and let the time go by.
To hear your breath, your heart beat.
To see you smile and hear you laugh.

I want it all, but this Photograph....

My empty nights slowly become longer,
and more unbareable, as I begin to think,
and tare into your smooth surface.

Brake my heart,
Leave me shattered
Give me a reason to hate
and throw away your photogrph .

Tell me you hate me
Tell me you cheat me
Tell me I am cold and unforgivening
Tell me anything

To throw away your photograph.

Hit me, scar me.
Brake my inner walls.
Set my aflame in rage, pour the tears of sorrow upon me
Anything!
To tear this picture away.

I would risk hating your very face,
then mourn the very lost.
I would wish to put it away and turn a deaf ear to it.
Besides reach for it every minute, in hope it will replace the real thing.

But nothing...
With all my commants you smile back at me.
With my rage you lay unharmed,
with my cries, you wipe my tears.

I beg for your hits, but you only shake your head.
I demand your screams, but you lay silent.
You tourment me, threw your photograph.
Leaving me so cold and alone....
