A Love that will end in Pain

I'm in love with someone who loves another.
Even knowing this he still makes my heart flutter.
My head screams at me "again you will be hurt
Then fall on your Face right in the dirt"
I just can't do it. I can't let go
Even though it will end in pain I know
It would be nice to do what I did before
Throw my emotions right out the door
