Missing You
Missing You
If missing you could blacken the stars,
It would always be dark at night….
To sit and stare at the stars above,
Our love would never be fulfilled…
If missing you could make it rain,
The oceans would overflow…
If missing you could make it hot
The world would be a desert….
If missing you could silence noise,
The earth would be so quiet….
No birds to sing their heavenly songs
Or crickets to whistle at night….
I dream each night of holding you,
Knowing how much you love me too…
Why do I miss you all the time?
It's cause you are in my heart…
Once we are together,
Never to be apart…
I know you understand my love,
That you have touched my soul…
For it is you my love,
The only one that can make feel whole….
I work towards the day my love,
When all our dreams come true….
I’m so deeply in love,
With only you….
