Endless Love

I hold onto the memories of the greatest love of all time,
Getting lost in the hope, the dream that all will be fine…
My love for you never fades keeping me warm at night,
Sometimes when I awaken you not really being here gives me a fright…
I then think of the special times we shared and smile as it warms my heart,
Now as we spend time becoming friends again I know this is a start…
I hope and pray we might rekindle what we once shared,
As both of us our souls, our deepest feelings were bared…

I love you heart body and soul that could never fade away,
As I write this poem I have so much to say…
Words have never been enough to express how I feel,
My one wish that we end up back on an even keel…
I live in hope our lives are still destined to be together,
A love like this was meant to last forever…
This is a love neither of us has ever before felt,
Just the sound of your voice makes my heart melt…

I have missed your laughter so much as I listen to your voice,
My addiction to you no longer a choice…
To imagine life without you is not life at all,
Together as a couple we could stand so tall…
Life without you I would rather not exist,
Your charms, your love I cant resist…

I crave you like never before to be in my arms the feeling so intense,
It races through me like an electrified fence…
I know we both need real and it became not enough,
That’s when things began to get real tough…
We lost for a while what we shared but the love was always there,
We both tried to contain it a way to deal but it all seemed so unfair…
All we both want is to be happy as one,
I smile all the times we had that were so much fun…

There is no woman on the earth that makes me feel the way you can,
I know I need to give you time some wounds to mend…
All I ask is you consider giving this another chance,
I truly believe in us and this incredible romance…
I still have faith we can be together,
To be with each other forever…
