Chapter 1
“Kevin, baby, don’t worry. I’ll be there with you when we finally come out…together!” As if his words could make it all better, Elijah stopped at nothing when it came to pleasing his boyfriend. Pretty soon they would be on their way to Kingsfield, to meet with Kevin’s family for the “22nd Annual Spencer and Friends, Family Reunion” Needless to stay that his family was black. And not too much of the family was open to the blending of other races in the bloodline, not to mention the relationships with other men. Elijah turned away, grasping his lover’s hands as he looked toward the cockpit. The pilots were just now commencing take-off, and the stewardesses were making their ways through the aisles. There was a blond one acting a little peculiar, looking their way. Kevin was too distracted to notice. His mind was somewhere outside of the window he was looking passed. Thoughts of “Mama’s biscuits” and “Uncle Earl’s jokes” were usually what kept him sane on trips like these. But as of today, he’d be exposing the truth he’d fought so hard to keep inside.
“Did you call Marcus before we left the apartment? He knows we’re coming right? Together, I mean.” Kevin nodded. Although there were only a few people who could be trusted in the star’s life, not all of them could hold a secret. Marcus was an exception, and Kevin felt he could trust him completely. He knew of the engagement Kevin would be announcing once he had made land at Kingsfield. Marcus. A homeboy from elementary school. A team mate in little league. And a brother from another mother. He also held another title. Marcus was an extortionist of women. In short he was pimp, and seeing Kevin with another man was surprising and disturbing all the same. Once he discovered the truth about the quarterback’s sexuality, he threw as many women his way as he could. To try to convert Kevin back into a heterosexual man, but to no avail.
“Okay, all aboard!” One stewardess called, with a weak train joke. It wasn’t in vain though, a few of the anxious passengers let out some subtle laughter from behind them in a neighboring section. Elijah even smiled and looked at Kevin. Star-player of the Kingsfield Wreckers, all muscled, ripped and cut from buttery-brown pigmentation, a little bit more on the toffee-colored side. Almond-brown eyes and hair. Clean cut, and fresh. He was beautiful, even godly. He wore a beard that framed his lower features perfectly, it made him a little bit rugged. Even dangerous-looking. Kevin even took note to wear a skin-tight blue sweater for the winter air in the countryside. He dressed sharp in sable slacks, Prada, an earring stud the size of a baby’s fist, gleaming bright in the staggering sunlight with diamonds. On his wrists he wore proudly, designer watches and the best jewels that money could buy. Elijah wasn’t ashamed or at all embarrassed, he too owned some of the finer things in life. He was a caterer for an illustrious restaurant chain, mentioned by many of the celebrities whose events had been accordingly hosted. He matched somewhat of Kevin’s attire. A blue turtleneck instead of a sweater, and long-flowing chestnut colored hair, intricately styled in a fixated ponytail. And to top it all off, the presence of a diamond encrusted engagement, on his wedding finger. They were to wed sometime during the December holiday.
Kevin leaned toward Elijah, kissing his cheek. “You tell me not to worry, but I can’t promise anything. It‘s different going back home to your parents. The people who cared for you and carried you when you were growing up, you‘d expect them to know everything about you.” The football player smirked. “Even your boys, from growin’ up around the block should know you better than most people. But they don‘t. They can only see the outside, just like everybody else. They don’t know what goes on inside. That’s a gift that God, coveted for himself.” Kevin grinned a sadistic grin. His voice was rich, and at times it seemed like he loved to hear himself talk, but in all honestly, it was somewhat soothing. And sexy. His words hit your mind, like a boom of gentle thunder. And stuck inside of your thoughts for quite a while. “The ability to see inside a person‘s soul. What a damn thing to keep to oneself.“ The aircraft gave a pull, and in a matter of moments, they were in the air. Kevin smiled. “Listen, baby I‘ve gotta--”
“Uum, excuse me Mr. Spencer!” A whorishly dressed waitress interrupted, the one was eyeing them from before. “You should really, really buckle your seat belt.” She said as she stuffed herself between the passenger seats, and Elijah, trying to reach the buckle. Makeup was smeared all over the prissy boy, as she squeezed her fake-out breasts in Elijah’s face. Kevin was dumbfounded, this woman was reaching between his legs and purposely fondling his goodies. She stroked beneath his sac ‘fulfilling the passengers needs’ as it read on her badge. “Oh my, Mr. Spencer, this isn’t good at all. It’s way too…soft?” The woman spoke in a phony waitress tone, trying to sound innocent, but she wasn‘t at all pure. She chuckled continuing her search. Kevin’s breath shifted slightly the blonde knew what she was doing. And as much as he tried to stop from becoming aroused he couldn’t control his body. Elijah’s eyes caught sight of what she was doing. With a face full of breasts, an eyeful of blonde hair, and a mouthful of cheap perfume, to the suffocating Elijah, it was obvious she was trying to seduce Kevin. But the quarterback wasn’t at all prepared for the seduction, and took her act as a threat to his image.
Big mistake…
“Move back, bitch! What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Kevin forcefully removed the stewardess’ hands, his eyes transfixed on the uproar she was causing.
A stir rose in the neighboring section of the Airplane…
“Who is that man?”
“What is that woman doing?”
“What’s going on?”
“Oh my gosh, it’s Kevin Spencer!”
The passengers all felt obliged to draw attention to the V.I.P. curtain. Luckily they were seated in a secluded cot in the airplane. Elijah sank into his seat. He could barely breathe with mounds of silicone blocking his airflow. Who could really, find that plastic bitch attractive, he thought to himself, and then realized a bit of irony; Kevin was attracted to women like that, once upon a time. Before he met Elijah, Kevin slept with many women, and earned himself a reputation for being a playboy. And thus was the situation they were in. This woman wanted sex and jealousy rose inside of Elijah, as he was becoming increasingly irritated by the minute.
“What did you call me?” the blonde woman rolled her neck, leaning against Kevin, her breasts now in his face. Her nipples were freeing themselves from the skimpy bra. She percolated fluid from her grand sized tits, and began to speak in a dictating voice. “I’ll have you to know I’m supervising this shift so you’d better show some respect like good little boy and sit back down. Now unzip these pants. You know what this is! Fuck me!” She lifted her skirt, and to no one’s surprise she wore no panties. She was in all reality a whore, who wanted nothing more than to bum a good fuck off of any male celebrity. More particularly, Kevin Spencer.
Elijah rose from his seat, and pulled the woman away from his fiancé, the quarterback zipped up his pants, and lifted the woman from the red-carpeted floor and pushed her against the wall. “Kevin, take this tramp outside. She’s not worth the effort of getting troubled over.” She turned toward Elijah, smirking. She was up to something, a regular whore would’ve left by now.
“Bitches always start trouble, and they’ll be the ones to finish it. If you throw me out, I’ll tell the paparazzi about your little boyfriend here!” Kevin moved his hands to her neck, using his right to cover her mouth.
“What the fuck do you think this is? This is my life, you just can’t come up here and play me! I don’t know you, what do you want from me? Money?” Elijah rushed to Kevin’s side, his ponytail had by now become loose. Chestnut locks framed the sides of his face, as he waited for the woman’s proposal. “My name is Carrie.” She whispered, struggling to uncover her lips. You already know what I want Spence-Baby! She chuckled. I want you to fuck me! No price, no strings attached! All of this pussy…for free.”
“It’s women like you that I can’t stand.” Elijah cried. You use your pussies to get money, and other people’s men. But I don’t trust nothing that bleeds and doesn’t die! Stay away from Kevin!” Elijah was infuriated, he was fuming from behind Kevin’s shoulders, watching still as rippled muscle flexed into a hold around Carrie’s neck. “He’s mine.”
Kevin turned to meet Elijah’s gaze. “You’ve said too much. You should be quiet now.” His voice was frozen, Kevin had warned the long-haired man of saying too much about their relationship. It was already damaging enough, that his family was oblivious to it, but until then, the whole world shouldn’t have to know.
“I’ll pay you…25,000 grand. Cash that’s more than you’d probably make in a month. Take it and leave us alone.” He loosened his grip, letting the blonde fall into one of the seats. She laughed, “No…I don’t want it.” She grabbed Kevin’s hips, “I want …this” She buried her face into his crotch. Sniffing. Biting. Gnawing, at the growing erection.
Kevin pulled her hair back, forcing her head to lean in the opposite direction. She didn’t even blink. “Stop this shit, right now! I have no respect for conniving bastards like you. I know Marcus put you up to this.” He slowly moved away from the blonde to the other side of the cockpit, next to Elijah. Carrie sat there watching. Disgusted. Not at herself but at the fact she couldn’t carry out her offer. She had been discovered, and the plot was off. The quarterback walked toward the younger man, stroking the base of his neck slowly.
I knew this wouldn‘t be easy. Don‘t bother about that woman, she‘s dirty. Just another one of Marcus‘ ho‘s.” the quarterback tried to soften the mood. Carrie began to fix her uniform properly, before she returned to her airline duties. Elijah eyed her in his skepticism. Why all of the effort, just to sabotage their relationship? Were Marcus’ intentions for the best, or was he trying to destroy the bond between the two of them.
“Another one? How many has he sent to you?” Elijah questioned.
The star sighed, “Too many to count, I tried to keep it a secret but it doesn’t seem like he’ll give up. No matter what. I’ll deal with him once we make landfall.”
“Can I leave?” The blonde pleaded, “If there’s no business, there’s no reason for my being here. I’ve got other paying customers next door.” Carrie made her exit out of the cot a quiet one. There was no reason for any more embarrassment. Not when money could be made.
The couple watched in astonishment, enveloped in each other’s arms. The journey wasn’t going to be easy, no matter how much they wished. She was a simple prostitute, and only a taste of what was to come along the trip to Kingsfield.
“Do you think she’ll really tell people about us? What about your reputation? Will Marcus--”
“Shh!” Kevin cried “You hear that? It’s quiet now. Let’s just take the time out to enjoy us while we can…and shut up!” Kevin dipped down to catch the brunette’s lips. The kiss was reassuring. It let the younger boy know, that he truly owned the football player. No matter how pathetic it sounded. Kevin was a giant on the outside, but internally he was a lovesick puppy. It made him all the more genuine.
