The Unliving
The Unliving
By: DarielAngeless
It seems no time has passed
But centuries have gone by just like that
The decaying church there it sits
The shadow towers over past souls
Creatures are hidden there
With glowing eyes they watch
Fragile things are scarce
They crave of taking life
Instead of things that crawl
The dreadful terror came upon the night
And it was out of sight
To hear screams are sweet to the ear
I swoop down on inocent victums
The taste of blood is so sweet
It's so sweet its bitter to the teeth
When blood starts running down those rosy cheeks
Realizing what just has been done
When there is nothing left inside
But still I crave
The red hunger inside
Dead bodies lay on the floor
Scratching at the door
Their ending lives
There are cries of no more
Wind softly touches bodies long forgotten
