About You
AN: I wrote this poem after I got into a fight with my Mom. I was very hurt by what she said and so I wrote a poem that tells her that I DO care about her and I try very hard to respect her but it hard when she complains about the littlest thing. Anyway, I don\'t plan to show or let my Mom read this poem because then she would say its all a lie (and it isn\'t). Likewise, I hope you guys like it and for some of the readers out there, relate to it...in some...sort of way...I think...0.o

About You
Earth is a
horrible place
to live in
A world full of
lies, corruption,
murder and hate.
But would it
be different
on another planet?
To you
the world is against
But not me
I\'m probably
the only one
that loves you deeply
It may seem
that I hate you
with a passion
That I want
you out of my life
but you brought me
to this world
And I shall cherish you
for taking
all that responsibility
Can you not see
that I care about you?
A life full of misery
but I am your light
You are the Sun;
emitting all the love
that no
possible human
could possess
I hear you say
that you don\'t care about me
You say that my death
would not faze you
But I would give up my life
for you to live
A life
full of people
who truly love you
I am nothing
compared to you
You are the star
people wish upon
for happiness
But you shouldn\'t
look at people
with such hatred
Because there are others
that love you
for the great person
you are
I care about you
more than life itself
I want to share a bond
no other can possibly break
If you were to die
it would seem
that I would spend
an eternity
in hell
So do not leave me
you are all that
I have got
you are the love of my life
I wouldn\'t want
any other
my one and only
