Renewal
I wrote this one after my first Ostara ritual
Renewal
The circle begins again
Birth
Death
Renewal
Continues through time
From ages past
Into times yet unknown
Life will come
Springing from death
The world will be green
The skies will turn blue
Encouraged by the warmth
Creatures will stir
Life will appear
The crisp cool air
Of spring mornings
Will yet again
Hold the orchestral sound
Of bird song
While the audience
Grow their colours
But for life to return
There must be death
For creatures attuned
Nature is kind
Their life is renewed
Is ours?
