House of Evil
CHAPTER ONE
It was a dark night when a group of people decided to go to an abandon house to party. They drove up to the house and looked about smiling at each other. It was such a nice place and nothing seemed to be wrong with the old house. They moved to the front door and one of the men picked the lock so they could enter. They all headed in and looked around excited to explore the grand old place. They split up into 4 groups of 3 and headed in different directions. The first group consisted of a blond man and his girl friend and little brother. The man wouldn\'t go anywhere with out his teenage brother. He looked at his brother who looked around in awe at all that was left. \"Pretty neat isn\'t Marcus?\" He asked smiling at him. \"How are you doing Linda?\" He asked his girlfriend. Marcus looked at him and smiled.
\"It\'s neat Kyle. I\'ve never seen such stuff.\" he said. \"Who ever had it must have been rich.\" he said. His lighter shade of hair hung long past his shoulders. His blue eyes took in everything.
They explored the place until it was time to meet the others taking back a few things they found interesting. Marcus looked at Kyle and Linda who were necking as they walked. \"Hey guys get a room.\" he laughed. His brother turned to him and smiled.
Kyle looked at Linda and winked. \"Not on your life I\'ll make you suffer by making you watch.\" he said. He saw Linda smile and turn to Marcus. She made kissy faces at the teenager and Marcus looked at her in mock horror.
\"NO!\" He whimpered out. \"Not the kiss of death!\" He whimpered mockingly. He then laughed and ran ahead of them. \"I\'m not going to get blinded by you two kissy facy people.\" he said and found his way to the meeting place. He looked about smiling. This place was totally awesome in his opinion. He began to look around at things left to decay. He picked up a vase and looked inside it and frowned. He lifted out a large wad of bills and looked at Kyle as he came in. \"Kyle look what I just found.\" He said holding out the money.
Kyle looked at the money in amazement. \"Wow how\'d you find that?\" He asked now a greedy light was in his eyes. He looked at Linda who was also eyeing the money with greed in her eyes. Kyle saw Marcus look from one to the other not liking the greed in their eyes. \"Come on little brother how\'d you find the dough?\" He asked again.
Marcus gave a sigh and showed him the vase. \"It was in here I liked the vase thought I would bring it home but looked in there it was.\" he said. He watched as Kyle and Linda began to open things and look into vases. Marcus sighed and looked at the cash in his hands. He felt that it was wrong to do this. He knew no one lived here but it wasn\'t good to take things that didn\'t belong to someone else. He blushed when he realized he was going to do the same thing. Marcus sat down on the couch and watched the two.
The others came back and Kyle told them what Marcus had found. Now they began to tear the place apart. Marcus began to get a bad feeling about this like someone was watching them and didn\'t like what was happening to the place. He looked at the others. \"Hey why don\'t you cool it your destroying the place.\" he said. Rick the biggest in the group pushed him hard and Marcus fell.
Kyle saw that and looked at Rick. \"Hey stop it man his not like you or me he doesn\'t care for money.\" He said and went to Marcus an helped him up. \"You all right?\" He asked as he glared at Rick\'s black eyes. \"Don\'t ever touch Marcus again.\" he said. He then settled his brother onto the couch. \"Listen Marcus try to stay out of Rick\'s way.\" he said. He ruffled the boys hair. Rick suddenly brought out the beer and everyone but Marcus grabbed one. They turned on a boombox and started to party as they looked for money. Marcus sighed and Kyle gave him a soda. \"Here there\'s a whole bunch in the cooler for you and some snacks.\" He said smiling.
Marcus smiled at him and nodded. \"Okay thanks.\" he said watched as Kyle went back to searching. Marcus watched as the room got demolished basically. He shook his head and then heard something heavy fall behind him. Looking he only saw a door and he frowned. The other\'s heard it too and Rick decided to see what it was.
I\'m going to leave it there for now. We\'ll see what happens in the next chapter.
