Katwalk

She stood practically 6 foot in the doorway, a fair height for a woman in the agency. Brown eyes scanned the room and found a most appetizing sight to behold. She smiled, a smile filled with playful fire, one was most likely to get burnt with if they should try to fool around with.

“Monsieur, Artemis Addams. I have longingly awaited to meet you.” Words dripped with the stickiest of honey, flattering, deceitful and dangerous.

Artemis, would fall for none of it. This was a tough business to bestow, he was no fool.

“Ah, Veliene it’s a wonder to see you in the flesh.” A cold seductive roll of the tongue countered the sticky words with ease, and he motioned for the woman to sit across from him. He pulled out two glasses, a red liquid of only the best filled their contents.

His eyes racked up and down the slender form as she glided into the room. She sat down across from him, tidying her skirt before crossing the pretty legs that would get her far into the modeling business.

Accepting his offered glass of wine she sat, perched like an elaborate painting.

“You have very pretty legs.” He offered bluntly. “Perhaps even I myself shall photograph you into this business.”

The ebony haired beauty giggled, eyes slit playfully as she uncrossed her legs. “Amongst other things I’m sure, Monsieur.” She purred, daring him to take a peek.

Artemis nearly gagged on his wine.

Tucked away in all its glory was not what a woman’s…er package held but something much more appealing to the young mans taste of sexual preference.

“Are you that surprised, Monsieur?” she asked in mockery, her/his legs once again crossing over one another.

Artemis tore his gaze away, eyes dark and piercing. “Not at all.” He smirked, watching as her/his features changed from smug, to slightly dampened. “Welcome to Preen Model Agency, worlds finest.”

Artemis extended his hand, feeling Veleine’s cool, slender fingers curl into his.

“Pleasure’s all mine, Monsieur.” The model breathed, whilst biting his lip.

Artemis, almost laughed at the absurdity of it all, instead bringing the pale hand towards his lips, breath ghosting over the flesh before kissing the knuckles. He heard Veleine’s hiss, the taller male shivering from the contact.

“I’m flattered.” Was all Artemis said before an hour flew by and he was sending the other male out on his way. Definitely a keeper he thought with content.

He hadn’t even the time to relax from his last meeting before the phone beeped once, twice and an all too perky voice chirped through the speaker.

“Mr. Addams, you have a client here to see you.” Artemis sighed, would this ever end? No, he thought not.

“Send her in.” he sighed back in reply.

There was some time before cut off giggling was heard over the other end. “It is a young man, by the way sir.” She leered.

Artemis could practically see her bulging eyes and foaming mouth, he had to see the horrible disfigurement each and every morning…

The agent scowled, hopefully not another crossdreseer like Veleine. Sure he was pretty to look at but Veleine’s behavior could get him fired. Before he could finish his thoughts the door to his office swung open, banging roughly against the wall behind it.

Artemis, winced at the sound, glaring at the offending blonde who looked once at the dented wall, shrugged and sauntered over towards Artemis’ lounging chairs.

“Morning there Arty,” the blonde chewed out, whilst swallowing a bite of something Artemis was not in the least interested in. That is, until he saw the crumbs tumble down onto his beautiful chair.

Artemis’ left eyes twitched, a feat that only happened in the most stressful of days.
In a swift movement he had whipped out a handkerchief in his shirt pocket, offering it to the blonde just as he wiped his mouth on the sleeve of his shirt.

Artemis grit his teeth, disgust evident on his pale features as he returned the chief back into his pocket, seeing as it was never even needed in the first place.

“Good evening.” Artemis corrected coldly. Eyes rudely racking over the others wrinkly, shaggy state. “My I ask your name, seeing as you already seem to know mine.”

“Damn, sorry there mate.” The blonde oozed, not in the least apologetic. “The names. Cameron Everest. “Friends call me Cam, although be free to call me what you like.” Cam, winked suggestively only adding to Artemis’ nasty names in which he’d acquired in the last 10 seconds.

“Cameron,” Artemis drawled, lazily rolling it off his tongue. “Do you have business to attend, or are you here for an autograph?”

Cam’s eyes squinted, a foxy grin plastering his very tanned face. “Nah, all business.”

“O.” Artemis asked in feigned disappointment. “What is it that made you come all the way to my office then?”

“I thought the answer would be obvious enough.” Cam stated. If physically possible, Cam’s grin widened. Which positively scared Artemis silly.

No!!! It couldn’t be!!!

“I’m here to…” Artemis saw Cam’s lips move, didn’t hear what they had said, but he swore he saw them move in to form the strangest, scariest words of his agent career. Words that would leave him in a cold sweat at night from the most darkest of nightmares…

Cam looked annoyed, his gray eyes narrowing down against the dark haired man across from him. “Oi, Arty!” he didn’t move, just kept staring straight through Cam’s head. “ARTY!” the blonde bellowed.

Artemis snapped out of his daze, smiling coldly in false humbleness. “Yes. What was that?”

“What was what?” Cam asked bluntly.

Artemis, twitched twice that day. Something never to happen in his 21 years of life. “What was it you had just said, spoken, a stream of words put together to form a sentence.”

Cam looked as if he had just spoken gibberish. “ I said, I’m here to be a …”

“Artemis. ARTY!!!!”

“hmm, what?”

“I’m here to be model!” Cam roared.

Artemis, didn’t see the need for him to yell and so scowled back at the blonde, barbarian man sitting across from him.

“Why?” he snapped rudely, crossing his arms defiantly.

Cam smirked, stretching his limbs across the lounge chair and “accidentally” draping his legs over Artemis’. “Just because, I’m beautiful and you could use a guy like me in the model agency.”

Artemis cackled evilly, covering his laughter with a slender hand. He glanced at a red faced Cam, obviously his pride had just taken a beating.

“And what’s so funny then?” Cam snapped. Artemis quieted immediately, recovering his cool, placid, poker face to look Cam over. He wasn’t completely unfortunate, he was blonde after all, a nice golden mop of shaggy hair. A nice straight nose, and those eyes. Perhaps he had been too quick to judge after all.

“hmm,” he murmured absently. Rubbing his non existent shin hair. Perhaps, just maybe this could work. “There is only one way you’ll get into my modeling agency.” He drawled. “Either you do this, or kiss goodbye to any hope or dream you’ve acquired for this type of work experience.”

Cam glanced at the cold, mischievous eyes set before him, contemplating his situation.
He grinned, and that was all of an answer Artemis needed for his own lips to curl into “I have you now Goldy Locks” smirk.
