termine della vita

Dark voices whispering in thy ear,
what is it that thou does hear?

Strange things being said.
Chilly air upon my bed.

Is it my husband dead
or is it
the murderer that is filled with dread.

What is it that I see?
Is that the knife that killed thee?

Whose thoughts are these?
Full of fear and guilt of me?

Your dead the whisper cries.
Your dead, can\'t you see?
Go away and let me be!
You are the murderer.
You killed yourself and now you are deceased.

As it sunk in that I\'m no more.
I felt the tears well up that will never fall.

In the distance I heard a horn.
I laid in my bed and shivered in dread.
I really wished for it to be a sign that its my time.

Instead it turned out to be a line.
A line of sickly creatures.
For what I could see as I curled up under the covers in fear.

Than I saw a man paler than most.
And I knew right there and than that he was no ghost.

The man looked at me and said Welcome to hell.
Than he pulled out a bell.
As he rang it I slowly began to fade.
Than I woke up in bed feeling sedated
with a knife in my hand two inches from my chest.
I thought of what was said over and decided to
kill my husband instead.
