Teardrops on my pillow
Teardrops on the floor
I wish you\'d come a\'knocking
On my little door.

Cold air in the window
Fire on my face
Ice has frozen me inside
I wish to leave this place.

Teardrops on the paper
Letters on a note
All my love for you I have
All I had I wrote.

Gone now is my spirit
Gone then was my heart
You promised not to leave
And now I fall apart.

Lying here now bleeding
My heart will stop its beating
I close my eyes and think of you
That light who shone my heart clear through.

A field of greying flowers
Ceaseless lasting hours
There you always wait for me
And through your eyes, I\'ll finally see...
