Darkness
Darkness
Dying inside
As the world passes by
Darkness closing in
Light fading
Silence rings
Alone again
Everyone\'s gone
Sitting on a swing
Looking at shadows
Closing in on me
I welcome them
Cool, yet warm
They do not judge
I smile softly as their dark
Wings open to me
My eyes close as they embrace me
I am home...
My darkness opens its eyes.
