Costly Realization
Back with another short snippet. This is from the same rp as Kiya\'s Revenge. Just so you know in the actually roleplay, Tasuki does not get killed. I love my snobby rich boy too much to kill him off. Anyways this one is mostly centered around Tasuki and the attempted suicide of Arohik.
Warnings: Attempted suicide.
Disclaimer: Again I own Tasuki and Kuri, who\'s full name is Sokuri. Arohik is my friend\'s.
"¡"¡"¡------------------"¡"¡"¡
Bang. Bang. Bang.
Tasuki paced back and forth upon the porch as he waited impatiently for someone to open the door.
- Come on. Damn it. I know your home. - He grumbled to himself.
After waiting just a few seconds, he began pounding on the door again. In mid pound the door swung open. An angry Kuri stood there looking up at his ex-boyfriend.
- What the hell do you want? -
Tasuki pushed him out of the way and barged right into the house. "“ Where is Arohik? I need to talk with him. "“ He swung around and glared at Kuri, who returned the offensive stare.
- Why don\'t you leave him alone? You have been messing with him for the last month! He doesn\'t need your abuse anymore Tasuki. You have put enough pain back in his life. Get out and leave him alone! -
Tasuki took a menacing step towards Kuri. "“ I am not going to ask you again. Where is he? -
Kuri instinctively backed from him. - Upstairs taking a shower. -
Before Kuri could say another word Tasuki bounded up the stairs, two steps at a time. He walked down the hall to which door he figured was the bathroom, since the sound of water came from it.
He knocked on the door. "“ Arohik, I need to talk to you. -
He waited for a response and of course received none. "“Arohik come on. I just want to talk. - He paused. - Arohik? -
Tasuki stared at the bathroom door before trying to doorknob. It was locked. He continued trying to get in. - Open the door Arohik. Come on. Please open the door. -
Still only getting silence, Tasuki banged his arm against the door. After a third time the door slammed open. Steam poured around him, he waved it away from his face and about screamed at what he saw. Quickly he rushed to the dangling Arohik, grabbing his limp body and holding it as he tried to untie the makeshift noose Arohik hung from.
-You bastard! How could you do this?! -
Tasuki clung tightly to Arohik as he reached over towards the medicine cabinet to try and find something that could cut through the sheet Arohik used. After making a bit of noise and a mess he managed to pull a razor out. He started to slice away at the cloth, finally managing to free Arohik. Both him and Arohik tumbled to the hard tile floor. Tasuki immediately tossed the razor to the side and unwrapped the cloth from around Arohik\'s bruised throat.
Tasuki held Arohik tightly in his arms as he searched for a pulse. He looked calm and in control on the outside but inside he was breaking apart. After finding a weak pulse he started to scream for Kuri. - Kuri! Kuri! Call 911! Hurry! -
Tasuki rocked Arohik gently hoping Kuri heard him. His eyes watered as he stared down at Arohik\'s lifeless form. - Why? Why did you have to listen to me? Why? Arohik! Don\'t do this to me! -
He clutched at Arohik tighter. - What am I going to do without you? Who is going to throw all my shit back in my face? Gods! Arohik?! You can\'t leave me! You can\'t! Please don\'t leave me. -
He pulled Arohik closer to himself. His voice went down to a whisper as he buried his face in the crook of Arohik\'s neck. Tears finally broke free. - Please. Arohik. I love you. Don\'t leave me alone. No matter how much I deserve this, please don\'t leave me. -
Tasuki held him tightly as he broke fully down and sobbed against him. Footsteps could be heard racing up the stairs along with the sounds of wheels rolling. Tasuki didn\'t care who saw as he held Arohik close. He felt so lost and scared when someone attempted to pull Arohik from him. He growled and struggled to keep Arohik in his arms, so distraught over the idea of actually losing Arohik he didn\'t realize the ambulance had come. After a few moments of more struggling they finally pulled Arohik\'s limp form from him and lifted the barely living boy onto the stretcher and proceeded out of the bathroom to rush him back down stairs to the ambulance.
Tasuki remained on the bathroom floor, staring at where Arohik had been. His body shook as he lifted his hands and stared at them. Covering his face he sobbed hysterically into them. Kuri knelt beside him and wrapped an arm around Tasuki. He had seen the way Tasuki held the other teen. His heart broke for the sobbing boy. It also broke his heart that such a tragedy had to take place for Tasuki to finally see his feelings and how he had been to the other teen. Kuri comforted Tasuki, hoping that it wasn\'t too late.
