Kiya's Revenge
Alright this is my first upload here. First I want to say that I realize this is short and so much is left hanging but let me explain. I am a major roleplay fan. I roleplay a huge variety of things. This is from such a rp I have going with a close friend. What I like doing is writing what I call snippets of little ideas that pop in my head from these rps. This is why its so short and not developed into a multi-chapter story. I just wanted to place them for others to enjoy. Please if you review, be kind. =) I hope you enjoy my little writings.
Warnings: Character death.
Disclaimer: I own the characters Kiya and Tasuki, though not the idea of the names, just their personalities. Kiya\'s full name is Sukiya. Arohik is my friends character and is owned solely by her. =)
One to the little snippet!

Kiya settled down upon a soft blanket, half wrapped around his small frame as he watched Arohik sleep in what seem to be a peaceful slumber. As he watched Arohik he wondered if times of rest like this were the only times the depressed teen even found such peace.
Kiya sighed as he lifted a hand to Arohik and ghostly ran it over his hair. – I am sorry for what Tasuki did to you Arohik. You didn\'t deserve the treatment he gave you. He will never hurt you again. As long as I am here he will never hurt you again. –
He let his hand fall from Arohik back onto his lap. His gaze dropped to his own hands in his lap. – He will never hurt the one I love again. I will make sure of it. – His gaze lifted to Arohik again. – Never again, Arohik. I promise. You just find your peace in your sleep. –
Kiya let the blanket fall from his shoulders as he rose from the floor. Silently as he could he walked to where his shoes were and slipped them on. Soundlessly he slipped out the front door into the dark night.
- Tasuki will never hurt anyone. Not ever again. – He continued to tell himself as he walked down the walkway towards the sidewalk. Taking his time he walked the few blocks it took to get to his family\'s house.
Creeping through the darkness of the early night, Kiya found himself at the front door of his home. He looked up at the house to find all the lights out. His parents were not home as they had gone to visit his aunt for the week. It was perfect. No one to bother him and his little quest he set for himself.
Without any noise he unlocked the door and went in. Kicking his shoes off he headed to the kitchen. Flicking the light on he walked straight to the island that held the cutting board and his mother\'s best chef knives. He pulled out the large blade that she usually used to chop her vegetables for her spectacular creations she always made for her new family.
Kiya and his mother became apart of the family only a few months ago during the summer before school started. Kiya at first had been excited to be apart of the family, learning he had a big brother. He hoped that they could grow close and share many things most brothers did. But that was definitely not the case. Tasuki had hated the idea of his father remarrying, especially to a woman that didn\'t meet with Tasuki\'s standards. And with that ideal stuck in his head, Kiya was nothing but a bother in his life. It had hurt Kiya to the core that he was hated without a chance to prove that he could be a brother Tasuki could be proud of.
Shaking off the thoughts about the first days there with the family, Kiya turned from the island and headed back out of the kitchen. He crept along the living room floor to the stairs and climbed them slowly. He was not that much in a hurry. He closed his eyes as he neared the top. He shook slightly but the anger and rage from what had happened earlier that day pushed him on to what he needed to do.
Softly he called out as his soft gaze opened. - Tasuki..-
He wandered down the hallway towards his brother\'s bedroom door. Reaching out he grasped the doorknob and twisted it. With a small creak the door opened and he stepped in; the knife hidden behind his back. - Tasuki...wake up brother.. - Kiya\'s voice remained calm and soft straight through as he called to his brother.
Tasuki turned his head from where he sat upon his bed in the dark. His emerald gaze narrowed. - What the hell are you doing in my room Kiya? Get the hell out or else you will regret it. -
Kiya shook his head as he took a few paces forward towards Tasuki. - No no brother. See I need to make up for what you have done to Arohik. I can\'t let you get away with hurting the one I love. -
Tasuki frowned as he sat up more on his bed. - What the hell do you think you are going to do Kiya? You can\'t do shit to me. -
Kiya smiled softly at his brother as he tilted his head. - You won\'t hurt Arohik anymore. - As he stopped in front of his brother he brought the knife out from behind his back and brought it down at Tasuki. The elder teen had no chance as he froze in fear when the gleam of the moon sparkled off the blade. He gasped as searing pain pierced his chest. A scream froze in his throat as he stared unbelieving at Kiya.
Kiya pulled the blade out and continued to smile softly. - Arohik will now be safe. Will not hurt anymore. -
He brought the blade back down, over and over and over. Each time piercing a new section of Tasuki\'s chest. The first couple times Tasuki vainly attempted to fight off the stabbing, only to cause alot damage to his hands.
Tasuki slumped back against his now blood soaked bed. His breathing ragged and slowly edging to cease. He stared at his stepbrother through darkening vision. - Ww-hhyy? – He choked out as blood dripped from his mouth.
Kiya let his eyes blink slowly, the lashes smearing small lines of blood over blood splattered cheeks. – You wont hurt Arohik anymore.. – He lifted the knife and let it dig deep on last time right into Tasuki\'s heart, cutting off all remaining life. He stood there staring at Tasuki.
Kiya leaned forward and placed a soft kiss upon his brother’s forehead. - Sleep my brother. You are a much better person when you are like this. Everyone will like you better this way. - He brought his hand to Tasuki\'s face and closed his eyes. Now he looked serene in his eternal sleep.
Kiya stepped back from the bed and turned without another word. The knife was still clutched in his hand as he left the room and meandered his way out of the house back into the dark night. He leisurely took his time walking back to Arohik\'s house.
Subtly he opened the door and snuck back in. He strolled back to the couch and flopped back down on the blanket he had before he left. His gaze lifted to Arohik to watch him sleep again. The knife fell soundlessly upon the carpeted floor. The carpet absorbing all sounds of it hitting. Kiya lifted his bloody hand to Arohik and brushed back stray locks of hair that fell over the sleeping teen\'s face. His fingertips slide over the smooth skin leaving a trail of smeared blood in their wake.
- No more pain. – Kiya leaned over and placed a soft kiss to Arohik’s lips. – No more. -
Kiya smiled as he brought the blanket back up over his blood-splattered body and snuggled into the warmth. He leaned against the couch as continued to watch over Arohik as he promised he would. Silence fell over the house to only leave the soft breathing of the teen Kiya loved and ... killed for.
