Hatred
HATRED
it’s always bought through tears and pain.
the hatred welling up inside of you ‘til it overwhelms you.
you feel helpless and hopeless.
you’re angry and afraid.
the blood and sweat mingling
as they roll down your back.
you know you’ll go insane
if you don’t numb yourself.
So you numb away the hatred, and the pain, and the blood, and the tears, and the sweat, and the helplessness, and the hopelessness, and the fear, and the anger, and the insanity, …
And
Just
Drift
Away.
