My Hell

My Hell:

I see brimming tears, flashing hate in your eyes.

I cry out in desperation.

I cry for life\'s meaning.

You are My Hell, you are my sins.

You fly me to the height of my peaks, finding jagged cliffs beyond my
perception.

You lift me up, then throw me to the rocks, demanding my trust as you
forfeit my life.

I accept this and accept you.

You are My Hell, you are my sins.

I tilt my head from the barrel you hold under my chin.

I place my hand over yours.

Together we pull the trigger.

I give my life to your will.

You are My Hell, you are my sins.

In all it\'s metephorical value my blood spills over your hands.

I drop to my knees.

You believe you have broken me, destroyed me.

You are My Hell, you are my sins.

Slowly I rise to my feet.

I stand on legs trembling with conviction.

Slowly I break from you.

Slowly I seek salvation.

I grow new wings, I fly away.

I duck from the gun, I silence the shot s.

I wash away the blood.

I stand straighter.

I cleanse.

My Hell turns to lessons, my sins to good deeds.

And then I hit a realization, a miraculous epiphany that shines it\'s
exuberance and seals my fate.

Thcan can be no purity in death, and yet no life in you.

I am free.
