A Mother's Love
A Mother\'s Love
by Veil of Illusions
Free of all boundries.
Gone are the constraints.
Screams echo when they find me.
I see my mother faint.
My feet don\'t touch to floor
as I hang from the chandalier.
From my neck the blood does pour.
Death I no longer fear.
I grin at them all.
The life is starting to fade.
So softly do they let me fall.
The sky dawns a stormy gray.
A letter says good bye
clutched tightly in my hand.
I still refuse to cry
as I begin to leave this land.
Don\'t cry for me mother.
Why are you crying?
I was just a bother.
Now I\'m just dying.
I made a mistake,
you really do love me.
My life I tried to take.
Too late did I see.
I now understand.
Please don\'t let me die!
I want to live and love again.
You love me, I can try.
