Limitless
They’re much better
I suck, so you say
A mediocre dancer
In every way
So just for today
I’ll push it
Higher and higher
I’ll push my limits
But you can’t notice
You think I’m horrible
I can’t measure up
And so I push it
No memory errors
Just hits being called
Higher they go but mine are too low
One more time
Repeats in my mind
So I can keep going
So I can push it
My legs hurt before
But now they’ve gone numb
And I’ll still push it
Yes, I go on
Not on my part
Not for my passion
Not for this art
On I go
Pushing
Kicking
Stretching my limits
Higher I’m soaring
Then something goes wrong
And now I’m falling
Deeper into a hole
The darkness is calling
All of a sudden
Tears are flowing
I can’t feel my body
And yet I’m shaking
But the tears make you angry
And I’ll hide them away
For when I get home
For another day
I can’t describe the pain I felt
For pushing my limits
For pushing myself
My legs hurt before
But now they’ve gone numb
And I’ll still push it
Yes, I go on
Just to prove
To them and you
That pus push my limits
To the wall
Just for you
Just for them all
I suck, so you say
