They all see me
They see me happy
Smile here
Laugh there
And they think they know me
But on my own
I cry
Sniffle here
Tear there
And I just want to die
But they’d leave if I told
So behind my mask I hide
Never to reveal myself
The me I am inside
So I smile and laugh
They would never guess
I dream of blood
My own life force
Pouring out in this world
A single shot
Through the hidden heart
The heart they think they know
Never again to feel the pain
The pain I feel when I lie
I lie when I smile
When I laugh
Everyday I cry
On the inside
But they’ll know
Until the night I’m gone
I’ll leave a note
One for my family
One for my friends
One for the directors
And one, just one
For all of THEM
They see me happy
