My Lovely Hate for You
When fire rushed through my veins
At a half-remembered face
Slashes filled not with pain
But an undeniable hate
When the sun seeks to die
And ravenous demons torment eternal
Your face is reflected in the lie
Of my blood infernal
Whips made of words that rend
Spat from carmine lips
Your lessers left to fend
Off the horrors you’ve let slip
I drown slowly in deceit
Smiling as I suffocate
Failing an impossible feat
Has become my treasured fate
The salt rubbed in my wounds
Makes death seem so trite
Unraveling my hes rus runes
And letting you escape into the night
