Happy And Excited
I’m feeling on top of the world
I’m as happy as can be
I just can’t stop smiling
However hard I try
Strange as it may seem
I’m feeling rather sick
My stomach’s in a knot
And my brain’s about to pop
I can’t stop feeling happy
Laughing I cannot stop
For even though I’m smiling
My stomach’s in a knot
I always get this feeling
At my favourite time of year
On my birthday and at Christmas
And the first day of the year
I’m as happy as can be
