Diamond Skies
Show me your secrets
hide them no more
I want to know
all you can tell
watching down
as the world spins around
ever-seeing, ever-knowing
sparkling, twinkling always
love and hate
so plain you see
we speak the truth, we tell a lie
all are known by you
man seeks wisdom, seeks reward
on a quest for eternity
from you we steal
all that you have learned
reaching up into the heavens
truth within our grasp
time and space, love and death
the truth within our hands
secrets revealed
plain in view
everybody knows
what once was yours
the world keeps spinning
silent observer
all seeing all knowing
life goes on
change and evolution
forever multiply
new truths you learn
to hide deep inside
hide them no more
