A Place Of Our Own
Surely, we should all have a place,
A reason for living,
Family, friends and love to fulfil our lives,
A job to give us money to pay bills, and for entertainment,
Children all deserve an adequate education,
And a chance to prove themselves to the world,
Shelter is another basic requirement,
A house to live in, to keep us dry and warm,
Whilst we are young we need parents,
To love and comfort and provide for us
For those who do not have, should others not provide?
If we had none, would we like to be ignored?
The answer is no, and therefore we should,
Give help to the needy and less fortunate than ourselves
A reason for living,
