My feelings about my family
My Feelings about my Family
My father\'s gone
My life\'s a mess
To find love is no longer a quest
My heart is aching
My soul is breaking
My entire family the Devil is taking
I feel like crying, but I don\'t know how
I want to break something and release my anger, right here and now.
My grandmother, now in a nursing home
The hallways with the white walls is where she is forced to roam
Because of the violence my relatives brought to her home.
I pray that she will be okay
To live to see me for yet another day.
Everyone is forced to listen, but no one really hears
My heartache, my pain, my fears and my tears
But maybe I should try not to listen with my heart, but with my ears.
