Alex lay on James shoulder, his arm around her shoulders as he lay on his back on the ground. The silk lining of Alex\'s leather coat was all that seperated them from the grass. James\' discarded shirt lay over their intertwined naked bodies. Alex sighed contently. \"James.\"
\"Hm?\" He never opened his eyes.
\"I love you.\" she said.
His eyes were wide open then. \"What?\"
\"I love you.\" she repeated.
\"C-Can you do that?\" He asked.
\"The other gods can\'t stop me.\" she said.
\"No, I mean, do you have the ability?\" He asked.
She smiled. \"Yes, I do.\" she said. She looked up at him. \"Do you?\"
He smiled and kissed her, \"Yeah.\"
\"Do you? Love me I mean.\"
He kissed her again, this time deeper. \"Always have.\"
She smiled kissed him again, and settled back into his chest. They were silent for a while before Alex spoke again. \"So you think this\'ll work out?\"
\"Not likely.\" he said.
