As Joseph closed the bedroom door, Lianna felt her heart rate increasing. She couldn’t believe this was happening; everything seemed to have just moved so quickly. She looked at her boyfriend and saw that excited lustful look in his green eyes that he always had just before they had sex. Stepping tentatively towards him, Lianna felt his arms wrap around her waist immediately, drawing her to him. “I am so happy you want to do this,” he whispered to her as she wrapped her arms around his neck. “I’m so glad that you get that I don’t want to be with another woman unless you’re here, too. You get that, right?”

Nodding, Lianna looked into Joseph’s eyes. She believed him, she really did. As his mouth captured hers, Lianna melted into the kiss. She tried to push aside all nagging fears and doubts, particularly Frankie’s voice in her mind. This was going to be fun and pleasurable, and something that she and Joseph would share.

Pulling back, Joseph let go of Lianna and motioned toward Angel, who was standing there watching them. Nervously, Lianna stepped towards the beautiful woman. Angel reached over and cupped Lianna’s face, looking her in the eyes and giving her a smile. Closing her eyes, Lianna felt Angel’s lips meet hers. The full soft mouth was firm, and Angel’s tongue gently traced over Lianna’s lips until she parted them. As Angel’s tongue massage Lianna’s, her hand slowly moved down, tracing Lianna’s jaw, neck, and the side of her breast. Unable to deny how good the kiss and the touches were, Lianna let out a soft moan into the other woman’s mouth.

“That’s it,” Lianna heard Joseph say encouragingly, stepping up behind her. As Angel continued kissing her, Joseph slid his hands around Lianna’s waist and under the hem of her shirt. His hands traveled upward until they were cupping her full breasts, teasing the nipples through the thin fabric of her bra. He kissed her neck as his hands worked on the mounds, and finally helped her out of her top and bra.

Nervously, Lianna watched as Angel studied her half-dressed form for a moment. Joseph still stood behind her, his hands kneading her breasts. Quickly, Angel dropped her mouth and took one of Lianna’s nipples, swirling her tongue around it and scraping gently until it stood hard. She then did the same to the other nipple, while Joseph gently pulled and pinched the first.

“I’m going to undress now,” Angel told Lianna, who could just nod. It was obvious that the woman was moving slowly and considerately for Lianna, and she appreciated it. She watched as Angel shimmied out of her tight leather pants and the black thong she wore below them, and then pulled her top over hear head, immediately revealing full breasts that had not been hindered by a bra. “Do you like the way I look?” she asked Lianna as she stood there.

Blushing, Lianna glanced over her shoulder and saw Joseph smiling. “I do,” Lianna turned back to the blond. There was no other way to answer that question. In reality, Angel probably had the most beautiful body Lianna had ever seen. Her hips, ass and chest were all generous, her waist small, her stomach flat, her legs long and firm. “I think you’re beautiful,” Lianna added shyly.

Smiling, Angel took Lianna’s hands and led her to the bed, leaving Joseph to just stand back and watch, which he seemed perfectly content to do for a while. Lianna lay down and put up no protest as Angel reached for the button on her pants, opening them and sliding them off her body, along with her underwear. Before Lianna knew what was happening, Angel climbed above her, straddling her thighs and leisurely running her hands over Lianna’s chest and stomach. “I think you’re beautiful, too,” she told Lianna.

Glancing over, Lianna saw Joseph pulling off his own clothes. It only took a moment for him to be standing there completely nude, his erection already firming. He smiled soothingly at Lianna, who returned the smile before looking back up at Angel. As she made eye contact with the woman, Lianna felt Angel’s body lowering to meet her mouth once again. Tentatively, Lianna reached up and wound her fingers in the silken blond hair, kissing Angel back with uncertainty.

It was easy for Lianna to get lost in Angel’s firm but gentle kisses. She let out a soft sigh as Angel moved her mouth down, kissing over Lianna’s jaw, neck and collarbone. For a second time, Lianna felt the full lips and moist mouth wrap around a nipple, teasing it and sending shivers down her spine. Angel shifted as her body as her mouth moved down farther, leaving wet trails on Lianna’s stomach. Settling between Lianna’s legs, Angel ran her palm over her heating center as she kissed her inner thighs.

Jumping slightly at the contact, Lianna felt at once petrified and aroused. Angel’s fingers were gentle, tracing over Lianna’s folds slowly and running down the length of her slit before finally sliding inside the warm depth. As Lianna’s body adjusted, Angel allowed another finger inside and began moving in a slow rhythm. It was a torturous and amazing feeling for Lianna, who gazed over towards Joseph again. He was still standing there watching them, although now his eyes were heavy-lidded and he was stroking himself at the same pace as Angel was using on Lianna. When he saw her looking at him, he moved towards the bed.

Joseph sat on the edge of the bed and smiled again at Lianna. He continued to stroke himself with one hand, but the other gently ran over Lianna’s chest as he leaned down to kiss her. At that moment, Angel slid her fingers out of Lianna and moved her mouth there instead, causing Lianna to let out a soft moan into Joseph’s mouth. She could feel Angel tasting her arousal before finally letting her tongue slide inside Lianna’s body, using her mouth to bring forward waves of pleasure.

It was hard for Lianna to believe how good she felt as Angel’s tongue moved in and out of her, and her fingers gently played with Lianna’s clit. Lianna reached over then to take Joseph’s cock in her hand and stroke it for him, causing him to groan slightly. He turned his head slightly to watch as Angel’s mouth pleasured his girlfriend, and reached over to sink his hand into her hair, guiding her to increase her pace a little. It only took another minute before Lianna felt a familiar warmth in her stomach, followed by an ache and finally a release so pleasurable she cried out. As the waves subsided, she could feel Angel cleaning her juices from her thighs.

Taking a moment to catch her breath, Lianna then looked up at Angel. “Would you like me to…?” she asked nervously.

“I would like it if you want to try it, but you don’t have to,” Angel said kindly.

“I do,” Lianna told her, and the women changed positions.

Joseph still sat on the edge of the bed, stroking himself again, but he leaned over to kiss Angel for a short moment. He then kissed Lianna and watched as Lianna then kissed Angel. Unsure of what she was doing, Lianna tried to remember what Angel had just done for her – kissing her neck and breasts, teasing her nipples, tracing her tongue down over her stomach and finally landing between her thighs. Massaging the area carefully, Lianna was encouraged when she heard Angel let out a whimper as she slid a finger inside the warmth. Sliding in another, Lianna heard Angel whisper “more” and slid in a third finger before beginning to pump. Looking up, Lianna watched as Angel took Joseph into her hand and stroked him while lifting her hips and pressing her body down against Lianna’s hand. Finally, Lianna removed her hand and dropped her mouth to Angel. The taste was surprisingly sweet as she drank up some of the moisture, and then she pressed her tongue inside the woman, remembering to stimulate her clit with her fingers.

Lianna felt Joseph rise at that moment. “I can’t wait anymore,” she heard him say as he moved behind her. With one quick thrust, he buried himself deep inside Lianna, causing her to moan onto Angel. Behind her, Joseph began a fast and hard pace, and each thrust pressed Lianna’s tongue into Angel further. The woman before her began squirming around as Lianna tasted her and felt Joseph pushing into her over and over. It took a bit longer for Angel to reach her climax than it had for Lianna, but when she did, she let out a loud moan as she pressed down hard against Lianna’s mouth. As had been done for her, Lianna lapped up the juices that flowed down Angel’s thighs, although it was a bit difficult with Joseph pressing into her so hard. She felt him slow down and slide out as Angel began evening out her breathing, and Lianna sat up on her knees.

“You’re not done,” Lianna said with confusion as she looked at Joseph. “Why did you stop?”

Before Joseph could answer, Angel sat up beside Lianna. “He wants us on the floor,” she explained to Lianna. “He wants us both to blow him. That’s how he likes to come when he is with two women.”

Looking over at Joseph, Lianna saw him nod, so she moved to the floor, and knelt beside Angel. As Angel ran her tongue up one side of his erection, Lianna took the cue and ran her tongue up the other side. Angel’s head dropped a little as she began sucking on one of Joseph’s balls, so Lianna took his length in her mouth. Joseph’s breath was getting ragged as Lianna felt Angel nudging her, and she pulled back to allow the beautiful blond woman to skillfully treat her boyfriend to incredible oral pleasure. At the same time, Lianna reached a hand down to cup Joseph’s balls, and let her other hand run over the smoothness of Angel’s back. As a guttural moan escaped Joseph’s lips, Angel pulled back. “Do you want to cover us?” she asked in a throaty voice.

With some confusion, Lianna looked up to Joseph’s face. He was leaning back on his hand, his other hand still on the back of Angel’s head from when he had been guiding her as she took him in her mouth. He didn’t even open his eyes. “No,” he said, his voice broken by panting. “I don’t do that with Lianna.”

“Do what?” Lianna asked, causing Joseph to open his eyes, although his lids were still heavy.

Joseph gave her a warm smile. “I don’t come on you, baby. That’s not the sort of thing I do with you, it would get you all sticky and gross,” he said, letting his eyes flutter closed again as Angel’s hand took over for her mouth. Lianna looked over at Angel and saw a moment of hurt pass over her expression, and could immediately understand why the girl felt this way. How could her sensitive and caring boyfriend have just said that to Angel? How could he have basically told her that Lianna was more important, more special, that she wasn’t used by him the way Angel was?

The look on Angel’s face passed quickly, though. “It’s okay,” she told him. “You can just come on me.” She leaned back as Joseph opened his eyes and smiled. He took his hardness from her without saying a word and began stroking himself. Within moments, Lianna watched as hot liquid spurted over Angel’s round breasts, dripping over her nipples, sliding down between the mounds to her flat stomach as he let out a loud moan.

Still in a bit of shock, Lianna just looked up at Joseph, who took her expression as one of pleasure. He climbed back into the bed, content and spent. “I’m going to clean up now,” Angel said at that moment, rising from the floor. She crossed the room, picking up her clothes along the way, and went into the bathroom.

“Come here, baby,” Joseph beckoned in a tired voice from the bed. Lianna rose, still unsure what she was thinking, and climbed beside her boyfriend. “That was great, Lianna,” he said. “I knew you were secure enough for this kind of relationship. I knew you understood how much I care. I’m so glad you get that I didn’t want to be with another woman, I wanted to be with YOU and another woman.”

Not knowing what to say, Lianna took the coward’s way out. She lay there silently, allowing Joseph to stroke her languidly until he drifted off. Then she climbed out of bed and put on a pair of shorts and a tank top, and waited for Angel to come out of the bathroom.

“You’re still awake?” Angel looked surprised to see Lianna sitting at the foot of the bed. She was dressed in the outfit she had been wearing earlier in the night, and was carrying her shoes in her hands. “You didn’t have to wait up for me. I’m just going to get out of your hair.”

“You’re not staying?” Lianna asked innocently. She didn’t know how these things worked. She had never been in this kind of situation before. “There’s a pull out in the den…”

“No, honey,” Angel said, appreciation evident in her voice. “I’m just going to grab a cab.”

“Can I at least make you a cup of tea?” Lianna asked.

Looking at Lianna with bewilderment, Angel’s expression suddenly turned soft. “That would be nice. Thank you.”

Downstairs, everyone was thankfully gone. Lianna put the tea on and poured them two cups before joining Angel at the table.

“Thank you,” Angel accepted her cup of tea. “But you didn’t have to do this, you know.”

“No, I don’t know,” Lianna replied, taking a sip of tea. “We just did something really… intimate. It doesn’t feel right that you should just have to walk out of here alone.”

Studying Lianna for a second, Angel gave her a smile. “I can see why you’re the one who got him,” she said softly. “There’s something so good and pure about you.”

At that moment, good and pure were the last words Lianna would have used to describe herself. “Well, I also wanted you to stay so I could… apologize. I don’t think that what Joseph said to you there at the end was very nice.”

Shaking her head, Angel reached over and touched Lianna’s hand. “You are obviously new to this life,” she said, not unkindly. “In truth, Joey’s one of the nicest guys I’ve ever been with. And he obviously thinks a lot of you. You shouldn’t take that lightly. I’ve been with lots of guys… LOTS of musicians… but Joey never made me feel trashy, not really. Sure, sometimes he gets caught up in the moment, like tonight, and he’s thinking with his little brain instead of his big brain, but he means no harm. No, what you got going here, honey, it’s good. Come on! You’re with a gorgeous, famous, rich guy who treats you like a princess. Your life is like a dream come true. Enjoy it.”

Not knowing what to say, Lianna just bit her lip. “I’ll try,” she finally forced out. She knew that, to Angel, her life did seem perfect. She had everything that girls like Angel dreamed of. Still, she couldn’t get past the fact that Joseph could just use a person like he did that night and not think twice about it. “I want you to know I’m really glad I had this experience for the first time with you,” she told Angel.

Inexplicably, tears glassed over Angel’s eyes. “I had a wonderful time,” she told Lianna. “And you’re not the only lucky one. Joey’s lucky, too. I have to say, you’re not like any of the other girls I know.” They sat for a few more minutes together, not saying anything, before Angel said it was time for her to go. Lianna called down to the lobby to have the concierge hail a cab. As Angel went to leave the condo, she turned around once more to Lianna to give her a hug. “He’s a good person, and you’re a good person. If you just put up with some of the dumb crap, you’ll do okay.”

“Thanks,” Lianna told Angel. “I’ll see you.”

“I hope so,” Angel smiled back as she stepped into the elevator.

As Lianna closed the door to the condo, she thought about the night and especially what Angel had just said to her. “Your life is like a dream come true.” The words echoed in her mind as she climbed on the couch and pulled a blanket over her, turning on the television low so it would look like she had accidentally fallen asleep while watching TV.

-----

“What are you doing down here?” Lianna awoke to Joseph’s voice the next morning. He was sitting on the edge of the couch in just a pair of boxers. Reaching over, he brushed some stray hairs from Lianna’s face tenderly. “I woke up, and you weren’t in bed. I got worried about you.”

Sitting up, Lianna blinked several times in an attempt to wake up more. “I’m sorry,” she told Joseph. “I couldn’t sleep after Angel left, so I watched some TV. I guess I passed out while I was watching it.”

Giving her a warm smile, Joseph leaned over and kissed Lianna’s forehead. “I’m glad to hear that,” he told her as he began stroking her arm gently. “I was worried that you might have had second thoughts about last night, and that’s why you didn’t sleep in the bed with me.”

Lianna couldn’t believe Joseph was so perceptive, but she didn’t want him to feel badly. I’m an adult; I made this decision; no one forced me to do anything, Lianna said to herself. She did want to talk to Joseph about how he had treated Angel the night before, but this was not the time. He looked so content and happy, and he watched her with caring, concerned eyes. “No second thoughts,” she finally replied, giving Joseph a small grin. “I had a great time.”

Pulling her to him, Joseph enveloped Lianna in a big hug. “I’m so lucky I found you ,” he whispered into her hair. Lianna felt her eyes begin stinging with tears at his words as she rested her head on his shoulder. “God, you’re everything I’ve ever wanted in a person, Lianna. You’re the best. You’re it.”

Then tell me you love me, Lianna begged silently, but she said nothing of the sort. Instead, she just buried herself closer against Joseph. “You are, too,” she told him. “I almost forget what life was like before I knew you.”

Pulling back, Joseph gave Lianna a smile as he tucked some hair behind her ear. “Okay, I’m going to take a shower now, and then let’s spend the day together. How does that sound? I’ll turn off my cell, and we’ll do whatever you want – go to the park, or shopping, or out to the Island. You name it, and I won’t let Frankie or the band or anyone ruin it, okay? Just a you and me day.”

“That sounds perfect,” Lianna told him honestly and gave Joseph a sincere smile, the first of the morning. The idea of spending an uninterrupted day with Joseph perked Lianna up a great deal. “While you’re in the shower, I’ll go grab us some coffees and the Village Voice, so we can see what’s going on today.”

“Like I said,” Joseph smiled as he rose. “You’re the best.”

Lianna pulled on jeans quickly and ran a brush through her hair. The deli she went to was just down the street, so she didn’t need to do much with herself. She went down to the lobby and smiled at the security guard. “Just so you know,” the kindly older man said. “I put your friend into a cab last night.”

“Thank you so much,” Lianna told him before walking out into the morning sunshine. It was hot and humid, but Lianna wasn’t thinking much of the weather. She wished that the security guard hadn’t mentioned Angel. A few minutes earlier, Lianna had been able to push thoughts of Joseph’s words to the girl out of her mind. She had been able to concentrate on spending time with her boyfriend. Now, all she could picture in her mind was the momentary look of hurt that had passed over Angel’s features the night before.

Suddenly, Lianna heard a camera going off and looked beside her. A man, probably around thirty, was taking picture after picture of Lianna in her jeans and tank top, sans bra. “Can I help you?” she asked the man with annoyance.

“You are Lianna Long,” the man put the camera down a little and looked at her with confidence. “And you are Joey Hart’s girlfriend, right?”

“I’m Lianna Long, but I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Lianna said what she was supposed to. She had dealt with reporters like this before. “I live in the same building as Joey Hart, but I’m not his girlfriend.”

“You live in the same condo as Joey Hart,” the man gave her a knowing smile. “Sweety, I’ve been following this story for the past two months. All those pictures in the gossip columns? Me. I knew that those pictures with that teenage airhead were just a ploy to make people think Joey didn’t really have a girlfriend. But he does, and you’re it. No need to deny it.”

Exasperated, Lianna didn’t really know what to say or do. “Are you going to print my name?” she finally asked, her voice small.

“It’s my job,” the man finally looked a little apologetic. “But I wouldn’t worry about that. I mean, you’ve got the man, the condo, the life. Who cares if people know about you, know your name? I mean, I understand that the record label cares, but in regards to you, it’s not detrimental. You know what, give me a quote.”

“What?”

“A quote,” the man said, looking a little annoyed. “I’m printing the story one way or another, I’m afraid, but I will be a nice guy and use any quote you want to give me as the tagline for the photo. I don’t usually do that, but you seem like a sweet girl, so just this once…”

“I wouldn’t know what to say,” Lianna looked flustered. She had only wanted to go out and get a cup of coffee, and then spend the day with her boyfriend like any normal woman. Instead, she got ambushed by this tabloid reporter, told her name and photo were going to be in the paper, which was going to cause a stir with Frankie, and now she was being asked to come up with a quote about her relationship with Joseph the night after she had a threesome with him and a groupie.

“Tell me how things have changed for you,” the man took out a small notebook from the breast pocket of his jacket. “Tell me what it’s like to be Joey Hart’s girlfriend.”

Suddenly, a vision of Angel popped into Lianna’s head. She pictured the appreciative expression she had been given when she had offered Angel tea. She saw the kindness in her eyes as she called Lianna pure and good. And then she heard Angel’s voice, describing to Lianna how the rest of the world saw her life. “What’s it like to be Joey Hart’s girlfriend?” Lianna repeated in a dull voice. “Like a dream come true.”

“Perfect,” the man jotted down the quote.

“And now I’m leaving,” Lianna said as she began walking down the sidewalk once more. “Please don’t follow me, please don’t take any more pictures of me when I first wake up, and please just leave me alone.”

“I can do that today!” the man called happily from behind her.

Lianna quickly made her way to the deli, picked up the coffees and the newspaper, and headed back to the condo. Once inside, she handed Joseph a cup of coffee and sat beside him on the couch. She couldn’t help but notice how good he looked. His dark hair was still wet from the shower and fell onto his forehead in thick strands. He wasn’t wearing a shirt, revealing his firm chest, stomach and arms, as well as his many tattoos that now seemed as natural on him to Lianna as his belly button. But mostly it was his face that made Lianna melt. His bright green eyes were dancing with pleasure from the night before and excitement for the coming day. His smile was wide and welcoming, his skin was glowing and freshly shaved, and his forehead crinkled just a little when he smiled. There was nothing about his face that Lianna would change – not one line.

“I have to tell you something,” Lianna finally said. “And you’re probably not going to be very happy.”

“What’s up, baby?” Joseph looked at Lianna with concern.

Taking a deep breath, Lianna told Joseph about running into the reporter outside their building. She also told him about her name being published, along with her quote. She wasn’t sure if Joseph was going to be angry or just annoyed, but she was surprised to see him smile at her as she finished her story. “I know that Frankie’s going to freak,” Lianna told him. “And I’m really sorry. I just felt completely taken by surprise.”

Shaking his head, Joseph reached over and touched Lianna’s cheek. “Stop acting like I’m going to yell at you,” he told her gently. “You didn’t do anything wrong. You are my girlfriend; hell, we live together. It was bound to come out sooner or later. And yes, Frankie’s going to freak, but who cares? I promise, the band is not going to crash and burn just because one newspaper prints your name in it. And I’ll deal with Frankie, so stop looking so worried, okay?”

“Okay,” Lianna nodded, appreciative of Joseph’s words. She had such a hard time in her mind balancing the kind, affectionate, supportive man that sat beside her right then with the one the night before who had caused that look of hurt on Angel’s face.

“Alright, enough stress,” Joseph leaned over to kiss Lianna’s lips softly. “Now let’s figure out what you want to do today, and have the best day we’ve ever had, all right?”

“Absolutely,” Lianna smiled wider this time. She would deal with the newspapers, with Frankie, with her issues regarding Angel, with the fact that she and Joseph hadn’t exchanged ‘I love you’s yet, at another time. Right now, she was just going to concentrate on being with Joseph for the day, because being with Joseph, no matter the drama around it, was the thing Lianna enjoyed doing more than anything else in the world.
